Description
Claims (7)
- シャフトに連結するためのハブ(11)と、
前記ハブに軸支されるプーリ(16)とを備え、前記プーリはベルト係合面を有し、
前記プーリの表面に設けられた環状プーリ部材(13)と、
クラッチ部(22)と変化部(23)と可変直径部分(24)とを有するコンポジットスプリング(12)とを備え、
負荷軽減状態における前記変化部は、前記クラッチ部から前記コンポジットスプリングの一端(25)へ直径が増加する螺旋形状を有し、
前記コンポジットスプリングは前記ハブと前記プーリの間に係合し、前記クラッチ部の直径は、前記環状プーリ部材を介する、前記プーリとの負荷方向への摩擦係合により負荷方向に縮小可能であり、
前記クラッチ部の前記摩擦係合は負荷軽減方向へ前記プーリから徐々に解放可能であり、
前記環状プーリ部材は、前記環状プーリ部材と前記クラッチ部の間の摩擦接触が緩まるときにスリップが始まるときのトルク限界が10〜20N・mである耐摩擦材料で成形され、
前記可変直径部分はトルク負荷に従って変化する直径を有し、
前記可変直径部分の内側には、前記環状プーリ部材が存在せず、
ダンピング部材(75)を介して前記ハブに係合する慣性部材(74)を備える
アイソレーティング・デカップラ。 - 前記ダンピング部材がエラストマ材料を備える請求項1に記載のアイソレーティング・デカップラ。
- 前記プーリがブッシュにおいて前記ハブに軸支される請求項1に記載のアイソレーティング・デカップラ。
- 前記クラッチ部が巻取り方向に負荷をかけられる請求項1に記載のアイソレーティング・デカップラ。
- 前記コンポジットスプリングが捻りスプリングである請求項1に記載のアイソレーティング・デカップラ。
- 前記プーリがマルチリブドベルト係合面を備える請求項1に記載のアイソレーティング・デカップラ。
- 駆動シャフトに連結するためのハブと、
前記ハブに軸支されるプーリとを備え、前記プーリはベルト係合面を有し、
前記プーリの表面に設けられた環状プーリ部材(13)と、
クラッチ部と変化部と可変直径部分とを有するコンポジットスプリングとを備え、
負荷軽減状態における前記変化部は、前記クラッチ部から前記コンポジットスプリングの一端(25)へ直径が増加する螺旋形状を有し、
前記コンポジットスプリングは前記ハブと前記プーリの間に係合し、前記クラッチ部は、前記環状プーリ部材を介する、前記プーリとの負荷方向への摩擦係合により負荷方向に縮径可能であり、
前記クラッチ部の前記摩擦係合は負荷軽減方向へ前記プーリから徐々に解放可能であり、
前記環状プーリ部材は、前記環状プーリ部材と前記クラッチ部の間の摩擦接触が緩まるときにスリップが始まるときのトルク限界が10〜20N・mである耐摩擦材料で成形され、
前記可変直径部分はトルク負荷に従って変化する直径を有し、
前記可変直径部分の内側には、前記環状プーリ部材が存在せず、
エラストマのダンピング部材を介して前記ハブに係合する慣性部材を備える
アイソレーティング・デカップラ。
