Claims (9)
- ガス熱源装置と太陽集熱器を併用した温水循環方式の床暖房システムであって、通水管を埋設した放熱パネルが下地材として配置され且つ当該放熱パネルの上面にフローリングが敷設された温水循環方式の床暖房装置と、熱交換器およびこれを加熱するガスバーナーを備え且つ前記熱交換器に通水して所定温度の温水を生成するガス熱源装置と、ケーシング内に複数本の集熱管が配列され且つ当該集熱管に通水して太陽熱により温水を生成する太陽集熱器と、前記床暖房装置と前記ガス熱源装置との間で温水を循環させる第1の温水循環経路と、前記床暖房装置と前記太陽集熱器との間で温水を循環させる第2の温水循環経路と、前記第1の温水循環経路と前記第2の温水循環経路とを切り替える流路切替機構および当該流路切替機構を操作する制御手段とを備え、かつ、前記床暖房装置の放熱パネルが、断熱材としての薄板状の発泡樹脂成形体と、当該発泡樹脂成形体の表側に形成された溝に埋設された通水管と、前記発泡樹脂成形体の表側の表面に貼設された熱拡散用の放熱シートとを備えており、前記床暖房装置のフローリングが、裏面側に潜熱蓄熱材が収容された蓄熱機能を有するフローリングであり、しかも、前記制御手段は、前記第2の温水循環経路から前記第1の温水循環経路へ切り替える際にホットダッシュ運転を行うことなく0〜200分の待機時間を空けて切り替える機能を備えていることを特徴とする床暖房システム。
- フローリングの潜熱蓄熱材の潜熱蓄熱容量が90Wh/m2以上である請求項1に記載の床暖房システム。
- 床暖房装置の敷設面積が居室面積に対して70%以上である請求項1又は2に記載の床暖房システム。
- 床暖房装置のフローリングは、平面視して浅皿状の凹部が当該フローリングの裏面に一定パターンで複数設けられ、ゲル状の潜熱蓄熱材が前記各凹部に嵌め込まれて構成され、かつ、前記各凹部には、フローリングの厚さ部分を補強するリブが配置されている請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の床暖房システム。
- 各凹部のリブがフローリングと一体に形成されている請求項4に記載の床暖房システム。
- 請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の床暖房システムに使用される床暖房装置のフローリングであって、平面視して浅皿状の凹部が当該フローリングの裏面に一定パターンで複数設けられ、ゲル状の潜熱蓄熱材が前記各凹部に嵌め込まれて構成され、かつ、前記各凹部には、フローリングの厚さ部分を補強するリブが配置されているフローリング。
- 各凹部のリブがフローリングと一体に形成されている請求項6に記載のフローリング。
- 請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の床暖房システムに使用される床暖房装置のフローリングであって、平面視して浅皿状の凹部が当該フローリングの裏面に一定パターンで複数設けられ、ゲル状の蓄熱材を含浸させてなるインシュレーションボードを含む潜熱蓄熱材が前記各凹部に嵌め込まれて構成されているフローリング。
- 請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の床暖房システムに使用される床暖房装置のフローリングであって、平面視して浅皿状の凹部が当該フローリングの裏面に一定パターンで複数設けられ、網状補強体が組み込まれてなる潜熱蓄熱材が前記各凹部に嵌め込まれて構成されているフローリング。
