Description
− レールの頭部に空洞を創り出すために表面欠陥を除去するステップと、
− このレールの両側に上述の型の2つの部品又はシェルを位置付けるステップと、
− 上方開口を介して、アルミテルミット材料を型内に注入することによって、空洞を充填するステップとを含むことを特徴とする。
Claims (6)
- 金属レールのアルミテルミット溶接用の型であって、
前記金属レールの頭部、垂直部及び脚部を取り囲むよう、前記金属レールの両側で互いに反対に一時的に組み立てられるように構成される、少なくとも2つの実質的に同一の部品又はシェルを含み、各部品又はシェルは、前記金属レールの前記頭部、前記垂直部及び前記脚部を取り囲むように構成される壁によって境界付けられる内部キャビティに開口する、上方開口を有し、
前記内部キャビティは、前記頭部の下面以外の残部及び前記脚部の下面を除いて、前記垂直部、前記脚部及び前記頭部の下面を取り囲むように構成される前記壁に対してのみ、圧縮可能な封止被膜を含むことを特徴とする、
型。 - 前記封止被膜は、耐火性フェルトであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の型。
- 前記封止被膜の厚さは、2mm〜10mmの間で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の型。
- 前記内部キャビティとは反対側の前記部品の下方部分は、枕木の上に前記金属レールを取り付けるシステムとの接触を回避するように構成される傾斜カットを有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の型。
- その頭部のレベルに表面欠陥を有するレールを修復する方法であって、
前記レールの前記頭部に空洞を創り出すために前記表面欠陥を除去するステップと、
請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に従った型の前記2つの部品又はシェルを前記レールの両側に位置付けるステップと、
前記上方開口を介して、アルミテルミット材料を前記型内に注入することによって、前記空洞を充填するステップとを含むことを特徴とする、
方法。 - 前記垂直部は、修復されるべき前記表面欠陥に実質的に沿って、電気溶接に起因する溶接継目を有し、前記圧縮可能な封止被膜は、前記溶接継目に密接に適用されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
