Claims (17)

- 請求項2に記載のベルトスプライサにおいて、前記一対のクランクアームは前記隙間を跨いで位置合わせされた一対のスロットを有し、前記クランク機構は、トラニオンを有するローラを含み、前記ローラは、クランク機構の側部から位置合わせされたスロットの内部に延在し、位置合わせされたスロットに沿ってスロットの両端部の係止位置まで回転し、当該係止位置において前記ローラは、バネからの圧力により付勢された連結アームによって係止されて、前記クランクを遮断することを特徴とする、ベルトスプライサ。
- 請求項3に記載のベルトスプライサにおいて、前記連結アームは、前記クランクが係止された位置にあるとき、前記ローラを受領するために各側部に沿って圧痕を有することを特徴とする、ベルトスプライサ。
- 請求項1に記載のベルトスプライサにおいて、
加熱ワンドと、
ベルトの接合端部を融解するための前記対向する第1と第2の顎部の間の上昇位置と、前記第1および第2の顎部の下の下降位置との間で前記加熱ワンドを上下させるために前記加熱ワンドに連結されたワンドポジショナと、
前記マスターおよびスレーブシャフトの一方の上のカムと、
前記ワンドポジショナを前記上昇位置に係止し、かつ前記顎部が前記ワンドポジショナの係止を解除し前記加熱ワンドを前記下降位置に戻すために押し開かれると、前記カムによって係合される、ワンド係止部と
をさらに備えることを特徴とする、ベルトスプライサ。 - 請求項1に記載のベルトスプライサにおいて、
加熱ワンドと、
傾斜部を有する傾斜機構であって、前記傾斜部に沿って、ベルトの接合端部を融解するための前記対向する第1と第2の顎部の間の上昇位置と、前記第1および第2の顎部の下の下降位置との間を前記加熱ワンドが移動する傾斜機構とをさらに備えることを特徴とする、ベルトスプライサ。 - 請求項6に記載のベルトスプライサにおいて、前記傾斜機構は前記傾斜部に連結されたロッドをさらに含み、前記傾斜部は前記加熱ワンドを上下させるために前記ロッドと共に移動することを特徴とする、ベルトスプライサ。
- 請求項7に記載のベルトスプライサにおいて、前記加熱ワンドを前記上昇位置に係止するために前記ロッドを係合するワンド係止部をさらに備えることを特徴とする、ベルトスプライサ。
- 請求項1に記載のベルトスプライサにおいて、前記スプライサの幅に沿って離間された場所に配置された複数の第1および第2の顎オープナを備えることを特徴とする、ベルトスプライサ。
- 請求項1に記載のベルトスプライサにおいて、前記第1および第2の顎部を開閉するために前記マスターシャフトを回転させるラチェットレンチをさらに備えることを特徴とする、ベルトスプライサ。
- 請求項1に記載のベルトスプライサにおいて、前記スレーブシャフトは一緒に同期して反対方向に回転するために前記マスターシャフトに結合されることを特徴とする、ベルトスプライサ。
- 第1の顎部および一緒に接続されるベルト接合端部を支持する対向する第2の顎部と、
前記第1の顎部に連結された第1の顎オープナおよび前記第2の顎部に連結された第2の顎オープナであって、前記第1および第2の顎オープナのそれぞれは、
前記第1および第2の顎部の一方に連結され、バネを有するバネ機構と、
前記バネを圧縮し解放するために、かつ前記第1および第2の顎部の前記一方を前記第1および第2の顎部の他方に向かって動かすために、前記バネ機構に結合されたクランクを有するクランク機構とを含み、
前記バネの前記解放により、前記第1および第2の顎部の前記一方を前記第1および第2の顎部の前記他方から押し離す、第1および第2の顎オープナと、
前記クランク機構のクランクを回転させるために前記第1および第2の顎オープナの前記クランク機構に結合されたシャフトであって、前記シャフトはカムを有する、シャフトと、
加熱ワンドと、
ベルトの接合端部を融解するために前記対向する第1と第2の顎部の間の上昇位置に前記加熱ワンドを係止し、かつ前記加熱ワンドを前記第1および第2の顎部の下の下降位置に下げるために前記顎部が押し開かれると、前記カムによって係合される、ワンド係止部を含むワンドポジショナと
を備えることを特徴とする、ベルトスプライサ。 - 請求項12に記載のベルトスプライサにおいて、前記ワンドポジショナは、傾斜部であって、当該傾斜部に沿って、前記上昇位置と前記下降位置との間を前記加熱ワンドが移動する傾斜部を含むことを特徴とする、ベルトスプライサ。
- 第1の顎部および一緒に接続されるベルト接合端部を支持する対向する第2の顎部と、
前記第1の顎部に連結された第1の顎オープナおよび前記第2の顎部に連結された第2の顎オープナであって、前記第1および第2の顎部のそれぞれは、
前記第1および第2の顎部の一方に連結され、バネを有するバネ機構と、
クランクおよび第1の端部において前記クランクに、かつ前記バネを圧縮するために反対側の第2の端部において前記バネ機構に枢動可能に連結された連結アームを有するクランク機構とを含み、
前記クランクは、ローラおよび前記バネが最大に圧縮される臨界位置に向かって前記バネを圧縮するために、前記クランクが第1の方向に回転される際にそれに沿って前記ローラが回る軌道をさらに含み、
前記クランクが前記臨界位置を過ぎて前記第1の方向に回転されるとき、前記圧縮されたバネからのバネ圧は前記クランクを回転させ、前記クランクは、前記クランクが前記第1の方向にさらに回転するのを止めるために、前記ローラを前記軌道の一端で前記連結アームに押し付ける、第1および第2の顎オープナと

同期して一緒に回転するために前記マスターシャフトに結合されたスレーブシャフトであって、前記スレーブシャフトは、前記第1および第2の顎部が一緒に閉じるように、かつ前記第1および第2の顎オープナの前記圧縮されたバネが、前記第1および第2の顎部を押し開くために同時に解放されるように、前記第1の顎オープナの前記クランクと同期して前記クランク機構の前記クランクを回転させるために前記第2の顎オープナの前記クランク機構に連結される、スレーブシャフトと
を備えることを特徴とする、ベルトスプライサ。 - 請求項15に記載のベルトスプライサにおいて、
加熱ワンドと、
ベルトの接合端部を融解するための前記対向する第1と第2の顎部の間の上昇位置と、前記第1および第2の顎部の下の下降位置との間で前記加熱ワンドを上下させるために前記加熱ワンドに連結されたワンドポジショナと、
前記マスターおよびスレーブシャフトの一方の上のカムと、
前記ワンドポジショナを前記上昇位置に係止し、かつ前記顎部が前記ワンドポジショナの係止を解除し前記加熱ワンドを前記下降位置に戻すために押し開かれると、前記カムによって係合される、ワンド係止部と
をさらに備えることを特徴とする、ベルトスプライサ。 - 請求項15に記載のベルトスプライサにおいて、前記スレーブシャフトは一緒に同期して反対方向に回転するために前記マスターシャフトに結合されることを特徴とする、ベルトスプライサ。
