Description
前記組成物は、酸素イオン伝導性無機物粒子および焼結剤を含み、
前記組成物の総重量を基準として、前記焼結剤の含有量は、0.2重量%以上5重量%未満である固体酸化物燃料電池の電解質用組成物を提供する。
焼結剤として下記表1の組成およびその含有量(重量%)を有するガラス粉末0.5wt%が添加された電解質スラリーを用いて、厚さが100μmの電解質(GDC)グリーンシートを6枚積層して支持体を製造した。前記積層体を切削した後、多孔性セラミックセッター上にて、最終温度1100℃で3時間焼結を進行させた。この時、焼結後の電解質支持体の厚さは520−550μmであった。
電解質スラリー焼結剤の含有量が1wt%であることを除き、実施例1と同様に電解質支持体を製造した。この時、焼結後の電解質支持体の厚さは520−550μmであった。
焼結剤がない電解質スラリー(焼結剤の含有量が0wt%)を用いたことを除き、実施例1と同様に電解質支持体を製造した。
電解質スラリー焼結剤の含有量が0.1wt%であることを除き、実施例1と同様に電解質支持体を製造した。
電解質スラリー焼結剤の含有量が5wt%であることを除き、実施例1と同様に電解質支持体を製造した。
電解質スラリー焼結剤の含有量が10wt%であることを除き、実施例1と同様に電解質支持体を製造した。
焼結温度が1200℃であることを除き、比較例1と同様に焼結剤なしに電解質支持体を製造した。
焼結温度が1400℃であることを除き、比較例1と同様に焼結剤なしに電解質支持体を製造した。
焼結温度が1450℃であることを除き、比較例1と同様に焼結剤なしに電解質支持体を製造した。
焼結温度が1500℃であることを除き、比較例1と同様に焼結剤なしに電解質支持体を製造した。
実施例1−2および比較例1−8の電解質の垂直断面を走査電子顕微鏡で測定して、それぞれ図3〜図12に示した。

Claims (8)
- 厚さ方向に中間部から両面まで気孔が漸進的に増加する固体酸化物燃料電池の電解質を製造するための、電解質用組成物であって、
前記電解質用組成物は、酸素イオン伝導性無機物粒子および焼結剤を含み、
前記焼結剤は、SiO2と、B2O3と、BaOと、ZnOと、Na2Oと、K 2 Oと、Al 2 O 3 と、CaOと、Fe2O3と、ZrO 2 とを含み、
前記固体酸化物燃料電池の電解質用組成物の総重量を基準として、前記焼結剤の含有量は0.2重量%以上5重量%未満である、
電解質用組成物。 - 前記固体酸化物燃料電池の電解質の両面の気孔度はそれぞれ、前記固体酸化物燃料電池の電解質の中間部の気孔度より20%以上高いものである、
請求項1に記載の電解質用組成物。 - 前記固体酸化物燃料電池の電解質の中間部の気孔度は0.1%未満である、
請求項1または2に記載の電解質用組成物。 - 前記固体酸化物燃料電池の電解質の両面の気孔度はそれぞれ20%以上である、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電解質用組成物。 - 前記固体酸化物燃料電池の電解質の平均厚さは300μm以上1000μm以下である、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電解質用組成物。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電解質用組成物を塗布して膜を形成するステップと、
前記膜を乾燥するステップと、
前記膜を焼結するステップと
を含む
固体酸化物燃料電池の電解質の製造方法。 - 前記焼結するステップにおいて、焼結する温度は1200℃以下である、
請求項6に記載の固体酸化物燃料電池の電解質の製造方法。 - 前記電解質用組成物で塗布された膜の平均厚さは300μm以上1000μm以下である、
請求項6または7に記載の固体酸化物燃料電池の電解質の製造方法。
