[検査対象]
まず、後述のソケット10の検査対象となる電子部品搭載基板について説明する。図1は、検査対象となる電子部品搭載基板を例示する図であり、図1(a)は平面図、図1(b)は図1(a)のA−A線に沿う断面図である。
次に、電子部品搭載基板の検査に用いるソケットについて説明する。図2は、第1の実施の形態に係るソケットを例示する断面図である。図2に示すように、ソケット10は、主要な構成要素として、本体20と、保持部材30と、蓋部40とを有する。
第1の実施の形態の変形例1では、保持部材を設けない例を示す。なお、第1の実施の形態の変形例1において、既に説明した実施の形態と同一構成部についての説明は省略する場合がある。

Claims (6)
- 電子部品を実装した基板、及び前記基板から突起する接続端子を有し、前記接続端子の側面が前記基板の外周側に露出した電子部品搭載基板を検査するソケットであって、
凹部又は開口部を備え、少なくとも前記接続端子が前記凹部内又は前記開口部内に位置するように前記電子部品搭載基板を前記凹部内又は前記開口部内に収容する本体と、
前記本体に固定される固定部、及び前記固定部に対して可動する可動部を備えたプローブと、
前記可動部を押圧する押圧部と、を有し、
前記可動部が前記押圧部に押圧されると、前記可動部の先端部が前記凹部内又は前記開口部内において前記接続端子の側面に接触可能な位置に移動するソケット。 - 前記可動部は、前記押圧部による押圧に応じて、前記基板の前記接続端子が突起する面と平行な方向を往復する請求項1に記載のソケット。
- 前記本体上に配置され、前記電子部品搭載基板を前記本体に固定する蓋部を有し、
前記押圧部は、前記蓋部の下面から前記本体方向に突起し、
前記蓋部が前記本体上に配置されると、前記可動部が前記押圧部に押圧され、前記可動部の先端部が前記凹部内又は前記開口部内において前記接続端子の側面に接触可能な位置に移動する請求項1又は2に記載のソケット。 - 前記可動部は、前記凹部側又は前記開口部側に向かって拡径するテーパ部を備え、
前記押圧部は前記テーパ部と接触する傾斜部を備え、
前記蓋部が前記本体上に配置されると、前記テーパ部が前記傾斜部に押圧され、前記可動部の先端部が前記凹部内又は前記開口部内において前記接続端子の側面に接触可能な位置に移動する請求項3に記載のソケット。 - 前記可動部は、前記テーパ部の大径側に連結された筒状部を備え、
前記先端部の一端側は前記凹部側又は前記開口部側から前記筒状部内に入り込み、前記先端部の一端側と前記テーパ部の大径側との間には、前記先端部を前記接続端子側に付勢する付勢手段が設けられている請求項4に記載のソケット。 - 前記電子部品搭載基板を保持し、前記本体に位置決めされる保持部材を有し、
前記保持部材は、2つのL字形部材を備え、
各々の前記L字形部材の内縁部が、前記基板の前記接続端子が突起する面の外縁部と接して、前記保持部材上に前記電子部品搭載基板を保持する請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のソケット。
