Description
まず、比較例の溶接方法について説明する。拡散接合体は、複数のNi合金部材を拡散接合して形成した。Ni合金部材は、ヘインズアロイ230で形成した。拡散接合体は、Ni合金部材同士の間に拡散接合部を有している。比較例の溶接方法では、拡散接合体の拡散接合部を含む溶接領域と、金属製ブロックとをアーク溶接して溶接層を形成し、拡散接合体と、金属製ブロックとを接合した。溶接材料には、ヘインズアロイ230と同じ合金組成の材料を用いた。
次に、実施例の溶接方法について説明する。拡散接合体には、比較例の溶接方法で使用した拡散接合体と同様のものを用いた。まず、拡散接合体の拡散接合部を含む溶接領域に、肉盛溶接により緩衝層を形成した。肉盛溶接はTIG溶接を用いた。溶接条件は、アーク電圧12V、溶接電流80A、溶接速度100mm/minとした。肉盛溶接は、フィラー有りとした。フィラーには、ヘインズアロイ230と同じ合金組成の材料を用いた。肉盛溶接は、2パス行い、2層の肉盛層からなる緩衝層を形成した。緩衝層の厚みは、2.5mmとした。緩衝層を形成した後に、超音波探傷検査及び浸透探傷検査を行い、緩衝層や、緩衝層の直下の拡散接合部に割れが発生していないことを確認した。

Claims (8)
- 金属部材同士を拡散接合して形成した拡散接合体と、他の部材と、を溶融溶接により接合する拡散接合体の溶接方法であって、
前記金属部材は、Ni合金またはステンレス鋼で形成されており、
前記拡散接合体の拡散接合部を含む溶接領域に、前記拡散接合部の延性が低下する高温域で前記拡散接合部より延性が大きい緩衝層を形成する緩衝層形成工程と、
前記緩衝層が形成された溶接領域と、前記他の部材とを、前記緩衝層の上から前記拡散接合部の延性が低下する高温域で溶融溶接して接合する溶接工程と、
を備える、拡散接合体の溶接方法。 - 請求項1に記載の拡散接合体の溶接方法であって、
前記緩衝層形成工程は、前記緩衝層を肉盛溶接で形成する、拡散接合体の溶接方法。 - 請求項1に記載の拡散接合体の溶接方法であって、
前記緩衝層形成工程は、前記緩衝層を、粉末焼結、超音波接合、摩擦圧接、摩擦肉盛、摩擦攪拌接合、摩擦攪拌プロセス、拡散接合、ろう付け、電磁圧接または爆着のいずれかのプロセスにより形成する、拡散接合体の溶接方法。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の拡散接合体の溶接方法であって、
前記拡散接合体は、前記他の部材に、継手形式で溶融溶接される、拡散接合体の溶接方法。 - 請求項4に記載の拡散接合体の溶接方法であって、
前記継手形式の溶融溶接は、はめ込み溶接、突合せ溶接、隅肉溶接または重ね溶接である、拡散接合体の溶接方法。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の拡散接合体の溶接方法であって、
前記金属部材同士と、前記緩衝層とは、Ni合金で形成されている、拡散接合体の溶接方法。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の拡散接合体の溶接方法であって、
前記金属部材同士と、前記緩衝層とは、ステンレス鋼で形成されている、拡散接合体の溶接方法。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の拡散接合体の溶接方法であって、
前記金属部材同士と、前記緩衝層とは、同じ合金組成の金属材料で形成されている、拡散接合体の溶接方法。
