Claims (2)
- 溶接対象物に開先加工を施して開先加工部を形成する工程と、
相対する溶接対象物の開先加工部を突合せて前記開先加工部に溶接金属を積層する工程と、
前記溶接金属対象物と前記溶接金属の間に設けられた溶接パスに対し攪拌溶接し、溶接パスの金属組織を、δ‐フェライト相の粒子径が50μm以下の粒子を含み、かつ組織連続性の低いセル状組織とする工程とを有することを特徴とする溶接接合方法。 - 請求項1に記載の溶接接合方法において、
前記攪拌溶接は、超音波攪拌溶接、磁気攪拌溶接及び摩擦攪拌溶接の何れかであることを特徴とする溶接接合方法。
