R4は、−O−、−COO−、−(CH2)p−、−(C=O)−、−S−、又はこれらの組み合わせである]によって表すことができる。
ポリエステル組成物を、8000立方センチメートルの反応器中で、以下の原材料投入量により合成した:エチレングリコール(24モル部)、1,6−ヘキサンジオール(25モル部)、1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール(25モル部)、ネオペンチルグリコール(25モル部)、トリメチロールプロパンモノアリルエーテル(1モル部)、セバシン酸(70モル部)、イソフタル酸(30モル部)、テトラブチルチタネート(総ポリマー重量の450ppm)、及びトリエチルホスホノアセテート(総ポリマー重量の450ppm)。混合物を2気圧(270kPa)の圧力において248℃の温度まで加熱し、副生成物である水を除去しながら混合物を反応させた。反応を完了させ、かつ水を除去した後、271℃まで加熱しながら、圧力を0.5〜5mmHgの範囲まで下げた。粘性のポリマーが生成するまで、縮合副生成物であるエチレングリコールを連続的に除去した。得られたポリエステルの、GPCにより測定したMwは254,000g/モルであった。DSCにより測定したTgは−37℃であった。
ポリエステル組成物を実施例1と同様に合成した。ただし、原材料投入量において、エチレングリコールの濃度を23モル部に下げ、トリメチロールプロパンモノアリルエーテルの濃度を2モル部に上げた。得られたポリエステルの、GPCにより測定したMwは291,000g/モルであった。DSCにより測定したTgは−37℃であった。
ポリエステル組成物を実施例1と同様に合成した。ただし、原材料投入量において、エチレングリコールの濃度を21モル部に下げ、トリメチロールプロパンモノアリルエーテルの濃度を4モル部に上げた。得られたポリエステルの、GPCにより測定したMwは365,000g/モルであった。DSCにより測定したTgは−37℃であった。
ポリエステル組成物を実施例1と同様に合成した。ただし、原材料投入量において、エチレングリコールの濃度を17モル部に下げ、トリメチロールプロパンモノアリルエーテルの濃度を8モル部に上げた。得られたポリエステルの、GPCにより測定したMwは384,000g/モルであった。DSCにより測定したTgは−38℃であった。
実施例5〜8について、実施例1〜4のポリエステル組成物を、それぞれ、二軸押出機を用い、176℃において、50マイクロメートル厚で、2つの剥離ライナー間の接着剤転写テープに押出成形した。次いで、得られたテープを、電子ビームを用い、5Mradの線量で照射することにより、硬化した。得られたテープの全てが、実質的に不溶性のゲルを形成し、粘着性のままであった。動的機械分析(DMA)を1Hzで実施し、硬化前後の当該ポリエステルのG’及びタンデルタを測定した。G’についての結果を表2に要約し、タンデルタについての結果を表3に要約する。
少なくとも1つの二塩基酸又はジエステルと、
架橋性ペンダント基を含有しない少なくとも1つのジオールと、
少なくとも1つの架橋性ペンダント基を含有する少なくとも1つのモノマーと、を含み、
少なくとも1つのモノマーの分子の数の、少なくとも1つの二塩基酸又はジエステルの分子の数と少なくとも1つのジオールの分子の数との合計に対する比が、0.0001〜0.5の範囲である、ポリエステルである。
R2は、−OH、−COOH、又は−R2’−(ここで、−R2’−は、−O−、−COO−、−(CH2)n−、−(C=O)−、又は−S−である)であり、
R3は、−H、−CH3、−OH、−CH2OH、−(CH2)m−CH3、−SO3Na、又は−COONaであり、
R4は、−O−、−COO−、−(CH2)p−、−(C=O)−、又は−S−であり、
かつn、m及びpは、正の整数である]を有する、実施形態1〜4のいずれかに記載のポリエステルである。
Claims (7)
- 反応性前駆体の反応生成物を含むポリエステルであって、前記反応性前駆体が、
少なくとも2つの二塩基酸又はジエステルと、
架橋性ペンダント基を含有しない少なくとも2つのジオールと、
不飽和炭素−炭素結合を有する少なくとも1つの架橋性ペンダント基を含有する少なくとも1つのモノマーと、を含み、
前記少なくとも1つのモノマーの分子の数の、前記少なくとも2つの二塩基酸又はジエステルの分子の数と少なくとも2つのジオールの分子の数との合計に対する比が、0.0001〜0.5の範囲であり、
前記少なくとも2つの二塩基酸又はジエステルの分子の数の、前記少なくとも2つのジオールの分子の数に対する比が、0.85〜1.15の範囲であり、
前記ポリエステルの示差走査熱量測定により測定されるガラス転移温度が0℃未満であり、
前記ポリエステルは、DSC融解吸熱5J/g未満に相当する結晶性を有する、ポリエステル。 - 前記少なくとも1つのモノマーの分子の数の、前記少なくとも2つの二塩基酸又はジエステルの分子の数と少なくとも2つのジオールの分子の数との前記合計に対する前記比が、0.001〜0.1の範囲である、請求項1に記載のポリエステル。
- 前記不飽和炭素−炭素結合が炭素−炭素二重結合を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のポリエステル。
- 前記架橋性ペンダント基を含有する少なくとも1つのモノマーが、ジオールモノマー、二塩基酸モノマー、ジエステルモノマー、又はこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリエステル。
- 前記ポリエステルが、少なくとも1つの架橋性ペンダント基を含むモノマーから生成した、少なくとも1つの架橋性部分を含み、前記少なくとも1つの架橋性部分の各部分が、式:
R2は、−OH、−COOH、又は−R2’−(ここで、−R2’−は、−O−、−COO−、−(CH2)n−、−(C=O)−、又は−S−である)であり、
R3は、−H、−CH3、−OH、−CH2OH、−(CH2)m−CH3、−SO3Na、又は−COONaであり、
R4は、−O−、−COO−、−(CH2)p−、−(C=O)−、又は−S−であり、
かつn、m及びpは、正の整数である]を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のポリエステル。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリエステルを含み、かつ粘着付与剤を更に含む、接着剤組成物。
