Claims (9)
- 液体を用いて分析を行なうための分析システムを構成する少なくとも1つの分析用装置からの廃液の排出経路上に設けられ、前記廃液を一時的に受けて排出するための廃液受け部と、
前記廃液受け部との間に仕切りを介して設けられ、前記仕切りを越えて前記廃液受け部から流出した廃液を受けるための流出液受け部と、
前記流出液受け部内に設けられ、前記廃液受け部から流出した廃液を検知するための液センサと、を備え、
前記流出液受け部は前記分析用装置におけるリーク液を受けるように構成され、前記流出液受け部内に流入したリーク液が、前記液センサ又は別途設けられた第2の液センサによって検出される廃液監視装置。 - 前記廃液受け部と前記流出液受け部は共通の容器内で前記仕切りによって仕切られた区画であり、前記仕切りは前記容器の外壁よりも低い高さで設けられている、請求項1に記載の廃液監視装置。
- 前記廃液受け部と前記流出液受け部の各々は、個別の容器で構成されており、
前記仕切りは、相互に接続される、前記廃液受け部の容器の壁面と前記流出液受け部の容器の壁面とによって構成され、
前記仕切りは、前記廃液受け部の容器の他の壁面および前記流出液受け部の容器の他の壁面よりも、低い高さで設けられている、請求項1に記載の廃液監視装置。 - 複数の廃液が共通の前記廃液受け部によって受けられるように構成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の廃液監視装置。
- 前記廃液受け部が複数設けられており、
複数の廃液が互いに異なる前記廃液受け部によって受けられるように構成されており、
複数の前記廃液受け部は互いに異なる廃液タンクに通じている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の廃液監視装置。 - いずれか1つの前記廃液受け部から流出した廃液が前記流出液受け部から溢れたときに、前記流出液受け部から溢れた廃液が別の前記廃液受け部を介して当該廃液受け部と通じている廃液タンクに排出されるように構成されている、請求項5に記載の廃液監視装置。
- 前記複数の廃液受け部の各々と前記流出液受け部との間の前記仕切りは、それぞれ高さが異なっている、請求項5又は6に記載の廃液監視装置。
- 前記流出液受け部内に流入した廃液は廃液タンクに排出されるように構成されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の廃液監視装置。
- 前記分析システムは液体クロマトグラフィー分析を行なうための分析システムであり、
前記廃液受け部及び前記流出液受け部は前記分析システムをなす前記分析用装置の1つであるオートサンプラ内に設けられている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の廃液監視装置。
