Description
・圧力による変形に対して高い安定性を有する合成材料から、閉鎖部材を備えるストッパを第1のチャンバを画定するように受け入れるためのシリンダ状の壁を有する第2のチャンバを形成するステップと、

・第2のチャンバと外部との間の連絡を閉じることができるように、連通部に対してストッパおよび閉鎖部材を取り付けるステップと
を含む。

- 内部に収容した流体を一定のあらかじめ定められた圧力で送出するように構成された流体容器(50、60)に前記一定のあらかじめ定められた圧力を維持するための圧力制御装置(1)であって、
開放端および閉鎖端を有するシリンダ(40)と、第1のチャンバ(4)を画定するように前記シリンダ(40)内においてが移動可能であるストッパ(8)と、
前記第1のチャンバ(4)の前記シリンダ(40)を取り囲んでおり、使用時に前記容器(50、60)の前記圧力よりも高い圧力を有するガスで満たされることができる第2のチャンバ(3)と、
前記第2のチャンバ(3)と前記容器(50、60)との間の少なくとも1つの連通部(9)と、前記第1のチャンバ(4)に対する閉鎖部材(7)の位置に応じて前記第2のチャンバ(3)と前記流体容器(50、60)との間の前記連通部(9)を開閉するように前記シリンダ(40)に対して移動可能である前記閉鎖部材(7)と
を備え、
前記第2のチャンバ(3)に対する前記閉鎖部材(7)の位置は、前記流体容器(50、60)内の圧力および前記第1のチャンバ(4)内の圧力に少なくとも依存し、
使用時に、前記連通部(9)は、前記流体容器(50、60)内の圧力が前記あらかじめ定められた圧力を下回って低下すると開かれ、ガスが前記第2のチャンバ(3)から前記流体容器(50、60)へと流れて前記流体容器(50、60)内の圧力が上昇し、該圧力は、前記流体容器(50、60)内の圧力の上昇の結果として前記連通部(9)が前記閉鎖部材(7)によって閉鎖されるまで上昇する、圧力制御装置(1)において、

前記流体容器(50、60)内の圧力が前記あらかじめ定められた圧力を下回って低下したときに前記圧力制御装置(1)の前記連通部(9)を開放するステップと、前記流体容器(50、60)内の圧力が前記あらかじめ定められた圧力に達したときに前記連通部(9)を閉じるステップと
を含む方法。 - 請求項17〜23のいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御システム(100)を製造するための方法であって、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御装置(1)が、射出ストレッチブロー成形によって合成材料から形成され、あるいは金属板から形成された流体容器(50、60)の内側に配置され、前記流体容器(50)が送出用の流体を備え、前記第2の容器(3)が噴射剤で満たされる、圧力制御システム(100)を製造するための方法。
- 前記噴射剤は、圧縮された空気である、請求項25に記載の圧力制御システム(100)を製造するための方法。
- 前記圧力制御装置(1)は、液体バリア(7、86)を備える、請求項25または26に記載の圧力制御システム(100)を製造するための方法。
- 可動ピストン(52)を前記流体容器(50)内への配置に先立って前記圧力制御装置(1)上に挿入し、あるいは前記可動ピストン(52)を前記流体容器の内部に配置した後に前記圧力制御装置(1)を挿入するステップを含む、請求項17または18に記載の圧力制御システム(100)を製造するための請求項25〜27のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のチャンバ(4)を大気圧のままにするためのベント手段を備えるシリンダ(40)へと前記ストッパを挿入するステップを含む、請求項25〜28のいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御システム(100)を製造するための方法。
- 部品が溶接によって接合されている、請求項25〜29のいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御システム(100)を製造するための方法。
- 部品がレーザ溶接によって接合されている、請求項25〜29のいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御システム(100)を製造するための方法。
- 底板(2)が前記第2のチャンバ(3)へと溶接されている、請求項25〜31のいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御システム(100)を製造するための方法。
- 前記第2のチャンバ(3)および前記流体容器(50、60)の両方が前記底板(2)へと溶接される、請求項32に記載の圧力制御システム(100)を製造するための方法。
