背景技术

在图2中,示出了环状插入件或封闭物7,具有高压容器2的压力单元1和具有另一活塞51的容器或瓶50,与WO-A-2005/082744的描述相当。当前构造的高压容器2用塑料瓶制成,该塑料瓶通过拉伸吹塑由PET的预制件构成。形成的瓶的底部部件然后被切下,并且底部部件3安装到高压容器2,并且封闭物7安装到高压容器2的顶部。
在图3中,图示了用于生产压力单元1和用于生产连接至压力单元1的容器或瓶50的生产线100。在站110处,插入件7和底部部件3安装到高压容器2并且被线120输送到焊接站130,环状插入件7和底部部件3在焊接站130处被激光焊接到高压容器2。被装配的高压容器2旋转以用于激光焊接,并且两个激光器安装在站130中,其中激光束被指向高压容器2的底部部件和上部部件。使用的激光设备是瑞士的Sarnen,Leister Process Technology的NOVALAS-C系统。在站140处,被装配的压力单元1整批包装在托盘上并且被箔收缩包装以准备用于运输。另一方面,被装配的压力单元1可以通过线150输送到预组装站160,压力单元1在该预组装站处被安装到容器50。在预组装之后,容器50在焊接站170处被激光焊接,其中压力单元1的底部部件3被激光焊接到容器50。在该站170处,预组装压力单元1和容器50也被旋转和激光焊接。在紧接的站180处,具有产品和生产者信息(商标、产品名称、产品信息等)的收缩套筒通过加热而连接到容器50。完成的容器50然后被整批包装和收缩包装在站190处的托盘上。
在图4中,与图2的生产线相称的生产过程被示意性地示出。在第一步骤90中,插入件或封闭物7被自动地装配。插入件或封闭物7中的压力控制装置6被用于控制容器50中的压力,容器50中的压力通过参考压力腔10(见图1)中的压力被确定,参考压力腔10的功能已经在WO-A-2005/082744中被具体地描述。
在图5中图示了加压容器50的全球(global)制造的物流,其中填充的流体被具有例如2巴的压力的标准空气推进。压力单元1在第一工厂200中生产,例如在瑞士,并且被运送到全世界其它国家的工厂。在那些国家中,建造了工厂210,用于通过由PET或任何其它适当的塑料材料的预制件拉伸吹塑的已知过程来生产容器50。在相同的工厂210中,容器50与活塞51和压力单元1装配。在第二工厂210的另一站220中,容器50填充有根据用户需要的流体(凝胶、剃须膏、肥皂等)并且覆盖有关闭阀(未示出)。被填充的容器或瓶50然后被整批包装和收缩包装在托盘上用于运送给客户。
Claims (12)
1.一种用于全自动地制造压力单元(1)的系统,所述压力单元具有带有底部部件(3)的高压容器(2)和带有压力控制装置(6)的封闭物(7),所述压力单元(1)将被安装在流体容器(50)中,所述系统包括生产线(100),所述生产线包括:第一站(110),所述第一站用于将底部部件(3)和封闭物(7)自动安装到高压容器(2);第二站(130),所述第二站用于将底部部件(3)和封闭物(7)焊接到高压容器(2)中;第三站(160),所述第三站用于装配流体容器(50)和压力单元(1);和第四站(170),所述第四站用于将流体容器(50)焊接到压力单元(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中第五站(180)被设置用于通过在短时间内加热,以将收缩套筒连接在容器(50)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的系统,其中另一站(190)被设置用于对完成的容器(50)进行整批包装和收缩包装。
4.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中第一站和第二站(110、130)被设置在第一工厂(200)中,并且第三站和第四站(160、170)被设置在第二工厂(210)中。
5.根据权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的系统,其中旋转装置被构造成用于在焊接过程中旋转高压容器(2)。
6.根据权利要求1至5中的任一项所述的系统,其中上激光器和下激光器被设置,并且所述上激光器和所述下激光器被构造成用于将封闭物(7)和底部部件(3)同时地焊接到高压容器(2)中。
7.一种用于全自动地制造压力单元(1)的方法,所述压力单元具有带有底部部件(3)的高压容器(2)和带有压力控制装置(6)的封闭物(7),所述压力单元(1)将被安装在流体容器(50)中,其中封闭物(7)自动地安装到高压容器(2),封闭物(7)和底部部件(3)被焊接到高压容器(2)中,并且容器(50)和压力单元(1)被预组装,并且容器(50)被焊接到压力单元(1)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中收缩套筒通过在短时间内加热而设置在容器(50)上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中完成的容器(50)被整批包装和收缩包装。
10.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中压力单元(1)在第一工厂(200)中生产,并且容器(50)由塑料材料的预制件拉伸吹塑成,并且容器(50)在第二工厂(210)中被焊接到压力单元(1)。
11.根据权利要求7至10中的任一项所述的方法,其中在封闭物(7)和底部部件(3)被激光焊接的同时,高压容器(2)正在旋转。
12.一种压力单元(1),所述压力单元具有带有底部部件(3)的高压容器(2)和带有压力控制装置(6)的封闭物(7),所述压力单元(1)将被安装在流体容器(50)中,所述压力单元通过包括以下步骤的过程而被制备:
将封闭物(7)和底部部件(3)与高压容器(2)一起自动地安装到压力单元(1);
将封闭物(7)和底部部件(3)与高压容器(2)一起焊接到压力单元(1);
预组装压力单元(1)和容器(50);并且
将容器(50)焊接到压力单元(1)。
