技术领域
本发明涉及一种被设置用于维持在流体分配容器中的恒定的预定过压的压力控制系统,所述压力控制系统包括:高压力塑料容器,该高压力塑料容器具有内室、封闭端和开口端;以及压力控制装置,该压力控制装置具有阀,压力控制装置被安装在高压力容器的开口端,而通路被设置成从内室通向外侧,且通路被阀控制。
背景技术
在WO-A-2005/082744中描述了该压力控制系统,其中高压力容器为具有锥形颈部和凸缘的大致圆柱状,具有台阶形漏斗部的环形插入件或封闭物(closure)安装在凸缘上。该文献的压力控制装置经由具有封闭端和开口端的杯形筒(cylinder)设置在环形封闭物内,具有向下突出的杆和较宽的圆柱状端部的活塞能够移动地安装在所述杯形筒中。在台阶形漏斗部的开口端,O形环被环形筒挤压,而杆的较宽圆柱状部和O形环提供了一种如下所述的阀,即,所述阀在由活塞和具有其封闭端的杯形筒形成的室中、通过气空气的压力往复移动。高压力容器必须承受8巴的过压力,使得该构造应当非常稳定。为此,高压力容器被朝向其下端逐渐加宽,并且具有较宽的端部和向内突出的缘部,塑料流体分配容器的端部息止(rest)在向内突出的缘部上。高压力容器的底部具有被加强的环形凹陷部,环形凹陷部具有中心开口,所谓的橡胶的尼科尔森(Nicholson)塞子被压在中心开口中。
该文献的高压力容器通过注射拉伸吹塑加工来制造,其中所使用的聚合物熔融且被成型到心销上。然后,心销转动至吹塑站以被充气和冷却。注射吹塑机基于使聚合物熔融的挤出机筒和螺栓组件。熔融的聚合物被供给到热流道模(hot runner manifold)中,在热流道模处熔融的聚合物通过喷嘴被注射到加热的腔和心销中。腔模形成外部形状且绕着形成预制件的内部形状的芯杆被夹持。预制件由完全形成的瓶/罐颈部和将形成主体的所安装的聚合物厚管构成。预制件模打开,而且芯杆转动并被夹持到中空的冷淬吹塑模。芯杆的端部打开且允许受压空气进入到预制件中,这使预制件充气至最终物品形状。在冷却期间之后,吹塑模打开且芯杆转动到脱模位置(ejection position)。最终的成品脱离芯杆,作为一种选择,可以在包装之前进行防漏试验。预制件和吹塑模可以根据物品尺寸和要求的输出而具有许多腔,通常具有三到十六个腔。存在三组芯杆,这允许同时进行预制件注射、吹塑和脱模。
在本构造中,高压力容器还由成型底板封闭。利用当今的塑料材料,不可以满足如强度、蠕变、透气性、耐加热和耐冷却、对于已知化学制品的耐化学性等的所有条件。如果必需扩大容器,则底板上的力将变得更大,从而使得本容器的最大体积受到限制。
此外,高压力容器的体积受拉伸吹塑的生产过程所限制,即为了获得在高压力容器的两端处的加强开口,使加热后的塑料拉伸的加工取决于拉伸之前的预制件的厚度。在实际中,预制件可以仅膨胀至预先限定的宽度和长度以获得预定稳定性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有高压力容器的压力控制系统,所述高压力容器与已知的高压力容器相比可以具有更大的体积。本发明的目的由具有方案1的特征的压力控制系统实现。
根据本发明的实施方案,被设置用于维持在流体分配容器中的恒定的预定过压的压力控制系统包括:高压力塑料容器,该高压力塑料容器具有内室和上开口端;以及压力控制装置,该压力控制装置具有阀,压力控制装置被安装在高压力容器的上开口端。通路被设置成从内室通向外侧,且通路被阀控制,其中容器为大致圆柱状。容器的上部具有球形顶,该球形顶具有被设置用于接收压力控制装置的圆筒状插入件,容器的下端具有由环形封闭物封闭的开口端。
本发明具有如下主要优点:容器为能够承受较大力的球形,使得高压力容器的直径可以在受较少限制的情况下得到扩大,而且容器可以被设置为用于更高的压力。
本发明的另一优点在于高压力容器的生产的成本更加高效。

根据压力控制系统的实施方案,环形封闭物具有在该封闭物的内表面上均匀分布的内加强肋片。该肋片强化封闭物,使得具有较高压力的气体可以保持在该高压力容器中。
根据压力控制系统的另一实施方案,容器由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂(PET)通过注射成型制成。由PET通过注射成型是用于生产容器的经济型方法。PET适用于高压力应用。
根据压力控制系统的再一实施方案,封闭物通过激光焊接被连接到容器的下开口端。通过激光焊接,将在封闭物和容器之间获得气密连接。

具体实施方式
在图1中,示出了高压力塑料容器10,该高压力塑料容器10为大致圆柱状且在上部具有球形顶12,该球形顶12具有圆筒状插入件13。具有顶12和插入件13的容器10通过注射成型由为PET的适当塑料材料一体制成。容器10的下端14是敞开的且由环形封闭物15封闭,环形封闭物15具有在封闭物15的表面上均匀分布的内加强肋片16。在封闭物15中,设置具有中心孔18的加强可伸缩环(reinforced retracted ring)17,尼克尔森塞子20被夹在中心孔18中。封闭物15通过激光焊接被连接到容器10。
注射成型高压力容器10的优点在于:容器10如在之前所述的注射拉伸吹塑加工(injection stretch blow moulding process)中具有其最终形状且无需切割。熔融的聚合物将在中心被注射,从而获得均匀的材料分布。将壁厚选择为在1.0mm和2.0mm之间,优选地为1.4mm,使得高压力容器10能够承受10巴的高气体压力和高达50℃的较高温度。
在图2中,示出了组装后的压力控制系统1,该压力控制系统1包括容器10和被固定地接收在圆筒状插入件13中的压力控制装置25。压力控制装置25的构造在大体上与在WO-A-2005/082744中的全部细节所述的相同。

Claims (4)
1.一种压力控制系统(1),被设置用于维持在流体分配容器中的恒定的预定过压,所述压力控制系统包括:高压力塑料容器(10),所述高压力塑料容器(10)具有内室和上开口端;以及压力控制装置(25),所述压力控制装置(25)具有阀,压力控制装置被安装在所述高压力容器(10)的所述上开口端,而通路被设置成从所述内室通向外侧,所述通路被所述阀控制,其中所述高压力塑料容器(10)为大致圆筒状,所述高压力塑料容器(10)的下端具有由环形封闭物(15)封闭的开口端,其特征在于,所述高压力塑料容器(10)的上部具有球形顶(12),所述球形顶(12)具有被设置用于接收所述压力控制装置(25)的圆筒状插入件(13),其中所述圆筒状插入件(13)从所述高压力塑料容器(10)的所述上开口端向内延伸到所述高压力塑料容器(10)内,其中所述压力控制装置(25)被固定地接收在所述圆筒状插入件(13)中,从而使得所述压力控制装置(25)位于所述高压力塑料容器(10)内,而所述高压力塑料容器(10)和所述圆筒状插入件(13)由适当塑料材料一体制成。
