背景技术
作为具有分隔式贮藏部的传统容器的实例,可参照韩国实用新型注册号0060490(公开日:1991年11月13日)中公开的“a containercapable of separately storing heterogeneous liquids(能够分开储存不同液体的容器)”。
在通过待用出口排出和混合不同类型的材料(例如,洗发水和染发水,或染发剂和氧化剂)的情况中,或者在根据用户的喜好将不同类型的食物(例如,可乐和薯条、可乐和苹果酒、泡菜和切片泡菜、豆酱和辣椒酱等)储存在单个容器中的情况中,使用具有分隔式贮藏部的容器,以满足消费者的需求,并有助于产生新的需求。
广泛使用的合成树脂容器由注模方法或吹塑方法制造。
特别地,在颈部的截面积小于贮藏部的截面积的瓶型容器的情况中,通常,预成型件是注模制造的,并用吹塑进行处理。

在一个实施例中,第一吹塑处理的吹塑压力可以是7至11kg/m2,第二吹塑处理的吹塑压力可以是20至40kg/m2。
在一个实施例中,容器产品可以是颈部的截面积小于贮藏部的截面积的瓶形,预成型件的隔离壁的上端向上延伸至颈部的上端,并且,容器产品的本体在与隔离壁接触的外表面处设置有细分隔线。
如上所述,在根据本发明的具有分隔式贮藏部的容器及其吹塑方法中,提供在其本身中具有隔离壁的注模预成型件,并且,在吹塑模具中装载并模制预成型件,以具有由隔离壁分隔开的贮藏部,从而,通过第一吹制处理模制长度与容器产品的长度相对应的中间造型,并通过第二吹制处理最终模制容器产品。
在通过待用出口排出和混合不同类型的材料(例如,洗发水和染发水,或染发剂和氧化剂)的情况中,或者在根据用户的喜好将不同类型的食物(例如,可乐和薯条、可乐和苹果酒、泡菜和切片泡菜、豆酱和辣椒酱等)储存在单个容器中的情况中,使用具有分隔式贮藏部的容器,以满足消费者的需求,并有助于产生新的需求。
此外,虽然仅提供单个盖子(特别是,螺帽)以打开和关闭通过容器的隔离部而形成的各个贮藏部的入口,但是可确保充分不透气的特征,从而,便于使用。
此外,在第一吹制处理中,用拉伸杆与通过吹制产生的膨胀一起拉伸容器,从而,拉伸杆的数量对应于由隔离壁获得的所分隔的空间的数量,以确保容器膨胀为具有整体均匀的厚度。此外,容器产品具有颈部的截面积小于贮藏部的截面积的瓶形。

具体实施方式
现在将更详细地参照本发明的优选实施例,其实例在附图中示出。在任何可能的地方,如果没有特别的说明,那么在所有的附图和整个说明书中将用相似的附图标号来表示相似的部件。
在描述本发明时,为了方便,参照图4进行定义,向上的方向表示朝着容器产品B的颈部20的部分,向下的方向表示与其相对的部分。
首先,如在图2的放大的圆形“A”中所示,通过已知的注模处理制造的预成型件包括隔离壁30p,其先前形成在主体10p中。容器产品B为瓶形(见图4),其颈部的横截面积小于储存空间(即,贮藏部)的横截面积。为此,容器的口部20p先前设置有螺纹部23p和凸缘21p,其牢固地接合在吹塑模具40的本体41的腔体41a的上入口上。
然而,本发明不限于瓶型容器(具有相对窄的颈部、螺纹部分和凸缘)的构造。
例如,本发明的容器可以是具有盖子(带有一触式锁定杆)的矩形容器B1,如图6所示(平面图和主视图),或者是具有螺帽的容器B2,其中,颈部入口的截面积与贮藏部的截面积基本相等,如图7所示(平面图和主视图)。
然而,本发明的容器也可以是各种其它形状,例如,三角形、椭圆形等等。
如图1所示,用于制造预成型件10p的模具50包括外模具部51(其覆盖有冷却盖55以在它们之间形成冷却液路径55A,并被提供以形成用于所设计的预成型件的形状的腔体52的外壁)、用来形成用于预成型件的腔体的内壁的模芯53、用于冷却模芯53的冷却管57,以及具有位于外模具部51的下侧的用于喷射熔融合成树脂的路径59A的喷嘴59。
为了构造具有分隔式贮藏部的容器,优选地,预成型件设置有隔离壁,模芯53具有用于形成与隔离壁相对应的腔体52A的隔离部53A,并且,安装在模芯53中的冷却管57也具有相同数量的分支57A,其可设置在相应的隔离部53A中。
参照图2,模具40的本体41由两个半部组成,并覆盖有绝缘件41b。本体41的下侧包括下模芯43,其布置在固定板43a的上部并覆盖有绝缘件43b。虽然未在图中示出,但是本体41和下模芯43中设置有用于冷却水的路径。
用于吹塑的吹塑模芯47放置在本体41上,并可通过升/降装置(例如,液压或气压缸)竖直地移动。
将吹塑模芯47的下接触端47a与预成型件P的颈部20p的内表面接触,从而,可不泄露液体地完全实现吹制,这改进了吹入空气的精确压力控制。
吹塑模芯47上的盖板47A支撑用于拉伸杆45的挡块45B,并且其下方包括固定板47B,吹嘴固定至固定板,以将空气吹入设置在吹塑模芯47上的空气入口47C中。
吹塑模芯47中设置有管道47b,拉伸杆45在管道47b中沿着其内圆周面平稳地上下移动,并且空气通道沿着其外圆周面形成。
在管道47b的上部周围布置密封衬套47c。
如在图2的放大的圆形“B”中所示,在管道的下部形成有凹槽47d’,衬套47d安装于其中,,以将空气经由凹槽注入预成型件P。
虽然与预成型件P的颈部20p接触的吹塑模芯47的接触端47a是重要构件,但是,认为拉伸杆45是吹塑模具40最重要的构件。
如下所述,在第一吹塑处理过程中,将拉伸杆插入容器的颈部,并与通过吹制产生的膨胀一起,允许拉伸预成型件。
特别地,提供与贮藏部的分隔空间(通常,视商业用途的不同是两个或三个)的数量相对应的量的拉伸杆45,并且,将它们分别插入分隔空间内,从而确保均匀拉伸。
在下文中,将参照附图详细描述使用模具40的吹塑过程。
在图1中,如前面已经提到的,预成型件已经包括隔离壁30p,并通常通过注模方法形成。用于预成型件的模具可具有许多用于批量生产的腔体。
可在预成型件成型之后就通过吹塑来实现成型,或者在改变其之间的位置和时间的同时在预成型件成型之后来实现成型。在后一种情况中,需要使用灯加热器或其它加热器来执行再加热处理。
在第一吹塑处理中,如图2和图3所示,当将预成型件P的凸缘21p放在模具本体41的上部从而吹塑模芯47的端部47a与颈部20p的内表面接触时,与压缩机等连接的喷嘴(未示出)安装入固定板47B,从而,迫使注射空气沿着吹塑模芯的管道47b的外圆周面流动,并通过衬套47d的凹槽47d’流入预成型件P,以使预成型件P膨胀。
这里,用升/降装置将拉伸杆45沿着吹塑模芯的管道47b的内圆周面向下移动,以压制预成型件P的底部,使其拉伸。对于具有恒定厚度的容器的制造,这是优选处理。
此外,优选地将拉伸杆设置为多个构件,其与预成型件的贮藏部的分隔空间的数量相对应,该数量由隔离壁限定。
优选地,在以下第二吹塑处理中以及在第一吹塑处理中,将预成型件的温度保持在100℃至120℃。
用于瓶型容器(包括颈部和凸缘)的预成型件的颈部20p具有与产生自第一吹塑的中间造型和产生自第二吹塑的容器产品B的颈部20m和20相同的形状和尺寸,而在从预成型件到容器产品的成型处理的过程中,隔离壁30p被拉伸和扩大。
因此,如果预成型件P的隔离壁30p向上延伸至颈部20p的上端,如可从图3看到的,那么,中间造型M的隔离壁30m的上端30am(在第一成型处理过程中未拉伸)将保持比其下部更厚。
在如图4所示的第二成型处理之后,对于容器产品B的隔离壁30的上端30a也是一样。
在图3中,将通过第一吹塑处理获得的中间造型M拉伸,从而,其长度与通过第二吹塑处理获得的容器产品B的长度相等,并且,其本体10m的中间部分变得膨胀。
如果不用单独的加热器将拉伸杆45加热至预成型件的加热温度,那么,优选地,杆不与预成型件P或中间造型M接触,以防止冷却。
此外,杆的端部45a优选地是平滑的和圆的,以防止在拉伸过程中预成型件断裂。
除了在图3所示的第一吹塑处理过程中辅助拉伸预成型件的拉伸杆45以外,图8所示的是用于牵引预成型件的下部以使其拉伸的牵引装置。
特别地,牵引装置包括用于夹紧设置在预成型件P的下部的凸起11p的夹紧件145。
预成型件的凸起的形状可具有不同的改进式样,这允许用夹紧件简单地夹紧,并确保从预成型件的模具轻松地释放是可能的。
牵引装置的夹紧件145包括围绕铰链145a枢转以打开和关闭的剪刀145A、以及操作剪刀145A的夹紧杆145B。
可由致动装置(未示出)竖直地移动夹紧件,以竖直地移动盖子柱体145C,盖子柱体通过铰链145a与剪刀145A连接并覆盖夹紧杆145B。
用于夹紧杆145B的操作的结构可由本领域的技术人员以不同形式实现。
虽然未在图中示出,但是牵引装置可包括用于将预成型件的下部抽真空的抽吸件和用于移动组成抽吸件的喷嘴的升/降件。在此情况中,可去除预成型件的凸起。
接下来,如图4所示,仅由空气注射实现最后的第二吹塑处理,从而制造与模具40的本体41中的腔体41a的形状一致的容器。
由于第一吹塑处理的吹塑压力是7至11kg/m2,并且第二吹塑处理的吹塑压力是20至40kg/m2,所以,第一吹塑处理用更小的压力形成中间造型(特别地,拉伸中间造型以可能具有与容器产品的长度基本相同的长度),并且,第二吹塑处理用更大的压力形成最终的容器产品。
如图4和图5所示,容器产品B为瓶形,其颈部的截面积小于由本体10围绕的贮藏部S的截面积,其中,颈部的外圆周面上设置有螺纹部23以与螺帽螺纹接合。
颈部20和凸缘221的形状或尺寸在预成型件P和中间造型M中丝毫不改变(一定程度上与隔离壁的上端30a相似)。
相反,本体10和隔离壁30(特别地,上端30a下方的部分)被拉伸和扩大,从而,其厚度变得比其在预成型件中时更薄(为了方便,处理过程中的厚度变化未在图1至图4中详细示出)。
本发明的发明人发现,与未用第一和第二吹塑处理来处理的传统容器相比,在本发明的容器受到两次吹塑处理的情况中,在本体10与隔离壁30彼此接触的地方,在外圆周面上形成有笔直的细分隔线13(其在图5中以稍微放大的方式示出,其为沿着图4的线“C-C”剖开的剖视图)。
看起来这是由模具中的合成树脂的拉伸特征导致的,并且期望分隔线能够防止容器B的本体10和隔离壁30的断裂,从而改进容器的耐久性。
虽然在说明书中已经省略了关于预成型件的成型方法、吹塑、预成型件模具和吹塑模具的结构以及从预成型件的形成到吹塑的连续成型处理的已知技术,但是,对于本领域的技术人员来说,这将是显而易见的。
此外,虽然在图中和说明书中已经公开了本发明的典型示意性实施例(例如,具体处理、具体模具结构,以及容器(预成型件)的形状),但是,显而易见地,本领域的技术人员可对这些实施例进行各种形式的改变和修改,并且,应将这种改变和修改解释为属于在所附权利要求中阐述的本发明的范围。
Claims (14)
1.一种用于设置有分隔的贮藏部空间的容器的吹塑方法,包括以下步骤:
形成具有由隔离壁分隔开的贮藏部的预成型件;
将所述预成型件布置在吹塑模具中,并且,首先通过第一吹制对其进行吹塑,以形成一定形状;以及
其次通过第二吹制对产物进行吹塑,以形成与吹塑模具的形状相对应的形状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吹塑方法,其中,执行第一吹塑处理,从而,通过将拉伸杆引入容器的颈部中并与通过吹制产生的膨胀一起进行拉伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的吹塑方法,其中,所述拉伸杆的数量对应于所述贮藏部的分隔空间的数量。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吹塑方法,其中,通过牵引装置来执行第一吹塑处理,所述牵引装置用于牵引所述预成型件的下部以与通过吹制产生的膨胀一起进行拉伸,所述牵引装置设置在吹塑模具中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的吹塑方法,其中,所述预成型件设置有夹持凸起,并且,所述牵引装置包括用于夹紧所述夹持凸起的夹紧件和用于竖直移动所述夹紧件的升/降件。
6.根据权利要求4所述的吹塑方法,其中,所述牵引装置包括用于对所述预成型件的下部抽气的抽吸件和用于竖直移动所述抽吸件的升/降件。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的吹塑方法,其中,第一吹塑处理的吹塑压力是7至11kg/m2,第二吹塑处理的吹塑压力是20至40kg/m2。
8.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的吹塑方法,其中,容器产品是瓶形,其颈部的截面积小于容器的位于颈部下方的贮藏部的截面积。
9.根据权利要求8所述的吹塑方法,其中,所述预成型件的隔离壁的上端向上延伸至所述颈部的上端。
10.根据权利要求9所述的吹塑方法,其中,所述容器产品的本体在与所述隔离壁接触的外圆周面处设置有细分隔线。
11.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的吹塑方法,其中,通过第一吹塑处理获得的中间造型的长度与所述容器的长度相同。
12.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的吹塑方法,其中,用于所述预成型件的模具具有装配有隔离部的模芯,以形成与预成型件的具有由所述隔离壁分隔的贮藏部的形状相对应的腔体,其中,所述模芯设置有冷却管,所述冷却管具有数量与所述隔离部的数量相同的分支,从而,所述分支分别设置在所述隔离部中。
13.一种吹塑成型容器,包括:
主体,具有贮藏部;
颈部,设置在所述主体的上部;以及
隔离壁,向上延伸至所述颈部的上端以分隔所述贮藏部。
14.根据权利要求13所述的吹塑成型容器,其中,所述主体在与所述隔离壁接触的外圆周面处设置有细分隔线。
