Claims (2)
- フロースルーバイアルと、
先端が下方を向いた状態で少なくとも上下動を行ない、前記フロースルーバイアルの上方の位置から下降して後記上面封止部材を貫通して前記フロースルーバイアルの内部空間に収容された液を吸入するためのニードルと、を備え、
試料供給源からの試料が前記フロースルーバイアルの前記内部空間に対して50mL/min以上の流量で導入されるオートサンプラであって、
前記フロースルーバイアルが、
液を収容する円柱状の前記内部空間を有し、前記内部空間の内径が4mmである本体部と、
前記本体部の側面下部に設けられ、前記内部空間と流体連通した、内径が1mmの導入流路を有し、前記導入流路を通じて前記内部空間へ液を導く液導入部と、
前記本体部の側面上部に設けられ、前記内部空間と流体連通した、内径が1mmの排出流路を有し、前記排出流路を通じて前記内部空間内の液を外部へ導く液排出部と、
前記内部空間の上面を封止するとともに、上方から下降してきた前記ニードルで貫通可能な弾性材料からなる上面封止部材と、を備え、
前記液導入部の前記導入流路は、前記内部空間に対する前記導入流路の接続部と前記内部空間の水平断面における中心とを結ぶ半径の方向に対して角度θ(θは60°以上90°未満)をなしており、
前記液導入部は、前記内部空間内へ前記内部空間の内周面に沿う方向に液を導入し、乱流の発生を抑制し、気泡の発生を抑制するように設けられている、
オートサンプラ。 - 前記液排出部の前記排出流路は、前記内部空間に対する前記排出流路の接続部と前記内部空間の水平断面における中心とを結ぶ半径の方向に対して角度θ(θは60°以上90°未満)をなしている、請求項1に記載のオートサンプラ。
