Claims (6)
- 外部絶縁被覆と、該外部絶縁被覆を取り除いた露出領域(33)と、を有する棒状の電気導体(17、28、29)を溶接するための超音波溶接装置(10)であって、
互いに接合すべき前記露出領域を保持するための圧縮室(18)を含む圧縮室構造(41)と、前記露出領域(33)を相対的に位置決めするための位置決め装置(42)とを有し、該位置決め装置は2個のストップ部材(46、47)を有し、前記露出領域(33)の間で溶接接合部を形成するために重なり長さlの重なりが形成されるように、前記露出領域(33)を軸方向で位置決めするためのストップ面(48、49)を有している超音波溶接装置(10)において、
前記位置決め装置(42)は、前記圧縮室構造(41)から離れて配置され、かつ、搬送装置(43)を備え、該搬送装置(43)は前記位置決め装置(42)によって軸方向に位置決めされた導体(17、28、29)を圧縮室(18)の外部で固定して保持するための保持装置(52)を有し、前記搬送装置(43)は前記保持装置(52)内で保持位置に固定された導体(17、28、29)を圧縮室内の溶接位置に移送する働きをすることを特徴とする、超音波溶接装置。 - 前記ストップ部材(46、47)の前記ストップ面(48、49)は、互いに前記保持装置(52)内に固定された導体(17、28、29)の露出領域(33)の端部断面(31)の間に内法間隔xlが形成されるような位置決め間隔で配置され、前記搬送装置(43)は軸方向の調節装置(57)を備え、該調節装置(57)は、導体(28、29)の軸方向調節運動と導体(17、28、29)を前記圧縮室(18)内に移送するための搬送運動とを組み合わせる働きをし、前記導体(17、28、29)の前記圧縮室(18)内への搬送運動に加えて前記調節装置(57)によって前記導体(17、28、29)の前記露出領域(33)の間に重なりを形成するために、前記導体の軸方向調節運動が行なわれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記調節装置(57)は、前記導体(17、28、29)を前記圧縮室(18)内に搬送運動する間に軸方向調節運動が行なわれるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送装置(43)は、それぞれ少なくとも1本の導体(17、28、29)に割り当てられる2個の旋回アーム(50、51)を有し、該旋回アーム(50、51)は、自由端部において前記保持装置(52)を構成するために解除可能な締付け装置(53)を有し、旋回軸受(55)の旋回ジャーナル(54)上に配置されている他方の端部を有し、前記調節装置(57)を構成するために前記旋回ジャーナル(54)はスピンドルナット(56)内で案内されているねじ山付きスピンドルとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- ねじ山付きスピンドルは反時計回りに回すと締まる左ねじのねじ山を付けて形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記締付け装置(53)は、前記旋回アーム(50、51)の保持位置で前記導体(28、29)を前記締付け装置(53)に保持するために締付け開口部が上を向くように前記旋回アーム(50、51)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の装置。
