Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de soudage par ultrasons (10) destiné à la soudure de conducteurs électriques (17, 28, 29) qui ont une forme de tiges, sont pourvus d’une enveloppe externe isolante et comprennent des zones nues (33) exemptes de l’enveloppe. Ledit dispositif comprend un ensemble d’espaces de compression (41) ayant un espace de compression pour loger des zones nues à relier entre elles, et un système de positionnement (42) permettant le positionnement relatif des zones nues (33). Le système de positionnement comprend deux éléments de butée (46, 47) qui comprennent chacun une surface de butée (48, 49) pour le positionnement axial d’une zone nue (33) de telle manière qu’un recouvrement ayant une longueur de recouvrement l est formé pour la formation d’un nœud de soudure entre les zones nues (33). Le système de positionnement (42) est disposé à l’écart de l’agencement d’espace de compression (41) et est équipé d’un système de transfert (43) qui comprend un système de logement (52) pour le logement fixé des conducteurs (17, 28, 29), positionnés axialement au moyen du système de positionnement (42), en dehors de l’espace de compression (18). Le système de transfert (43) sert à amener les conducteurs (17, 28, 29), fixés dans le système de logement (52) dans une position de logement, dans la position de soudage dans l’espace de compression.
