Description
このとき、例えば、目標トルクは、従来の通りゲージ1aを無理なく手でねじ込む力に対応した所定の力(トルク)や、止まりゲージ1bを無理なく手でねじ込む力に対応し、止まりゲージ1bが2回転未満の螺入量で止まる所定の力(トルク)とすればよい。
このようにトルクによって雌ネジ孔2の良否を判定することによって、さらに効率的且つ効果的で信頼性の高いネジ検査を行うことが可能になる。

Claims (3)
- 検査対象に穿設された雌ネジ孔の検査を自動的に行うネジ自動検査システムであって、
前記検査対象の前記雌ネジ孔を検査するための検査ゲージを保持するホルダ部を着脱可能に備えるネジ検査装置を取り付けたロボットと、
複数の規格の前記雌ネジ孔を検査するための複数の前記ホルダ部を格納するゲージストッカと、
前記検査対象が配置されるテーブルと、
前記ロボットの駆動を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記検査対象に穿設されて検査を行う前記雌ネジ孔の規格に相当する前記ホルダ部を前記ゲージストッカから選択して前記ネジ検査装置に自動的に装着するように、及び/又は前記ネジ検査装置に装着された前記ホルダ部を前記ゲージストッカの所定位置に格納するように、前記ロボット及び前記ネジ検査装置の駆動を制御するホルダ部装着/格納制御部と、
前記テーブル上の前記検査対象、又は前記テーブルから前記ロボットが取って保持した前記検査対象の前記雌ネジ孔を前記ネジ検査装置で検査するように前記ロボット及び前記ネジ検査装置の駆動を制御する検査実行制御部とを備え、
同じ工具を用いて複数の前記雌ネジ孔が穿設されている場合には、前記検査実行制御部が、前記同じ工具を用いて形成した複数の前記雌ネジ孔のうち、最後に形成した前記雌ネジ孔に対してのみ検査を行うように制御する、ネジ自動検査システム。 - 前記ネジ検査装置が、前記検査ゲージを前記雌ネジ孔に螺合させた際のトルクを検出して前記雌ネジ孔の良否を判定するように構成されている、請求項1記載のネジ自動検査システム。
- 同じ規格の工具を交換して複数の前記雌ネジ孔が穿設されている場合には、前記検査実行制御部が、前記同じ規格の工具毎に形成した前記雌ネジ孔のうち、前記同じ規格の工具毎に最後に形成した前記雌ネジ孔に対して検査を行うように制御する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のネジ自動検査システム。
