Description
[1]圧延中に圧延機を構成するロールへクーラントを供給する鋼板の圧延方法において、圧延機の運転開始時には、クーラントの供給量を、上定常量よりも少ない所定量以下に抑え、鋼板の中伸び量が上目標値以上となった場合に、上定常量までクーラントの供給量を増加させる鋼板の圧延方法。
[2]鋼板の中伸び量が下目標値以下となった場合に、クーラントの供給量を前記上定常量から下定常量まで減少させる[1]に記載の鋼板の圧延方法。
[3]前記中伸び量として、鋼板の腹部の形状急峻度を用いる[1]又は[2]に記載の鋼板の圧延方法。
[4]圧延は、焼鈍後に行われる冷間二次圧延である[1]から[3]までのいずれか一つに記載の鋼板の圧延方法。
[5][4]に記載の鋼板の圧延方法を用いて圧延を行った後に、表面処理を行う鋼板の製造方法。
λ=δ/L ・・・(1)
λ:形状急峻度(−)、δ:1周期の波の板厚方向の高低差(mm)、L:波長(mm)

Claims (3)
- 調質圧延中に圧延機を構成するロールへクーラントを供給する鋼板の圧延方法において、
圧延機の運転開始時には、クーラントの供給量を、上定常量よりも少ない所定量以下に抑え、
鋼板の中伸び量が上目標値以上となった場合に、上定常量までクーラントの供給量を増加させ、
前記中伸び量として、鋼板の腹部の形状急峻度(λ)を用いる鋼板の圧延方法。
λ=δ/L ・・・(1)
δ:1周期の波の板厚方向の高低差(mm)、L:波長(mm) - 鋼板の中伸び量が下目標値以下となった場合に、クーラントの供給量を前記上定常量から下定常量まで減少させる請求項1に記載の鋼板の圧延方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の鋼板の圧延方法を用いて圧延を行った後に、表面処理を行う鋼板の製造方法。
