Claims (4)
- 第1電極シート、第2電極シート、及び前記第1電極シートと前記第2電極シートとの間に設けられるセパレータを含む電極アセンブリであって、
前記第1電極シートと前記第2電極シートと前記セパレータとが巻回して前記電極アセンブリの本体を形成し、
前記電極アセンブリは、
前記第1電極シートに設けられる第1タブと、
第1部分を含む絶縁層と、
をさらに含み、
前記第1タブは、
前記電極アセンブリの本体の長手方向と平行になって延在し、そして前記電極アセンブリの本体の厚さ方向に向かって撓みが生じるように設置されており、前記電極アセンブリの本体の厚さ方向に向かって撓みが生じるように設置された部分は、撓み部を形成し、
前記絶縁層の第1部分は、前記撓み部の、前記電極アセンブリの本体に対向する面を覆い、
前記絶縁層の第1部分の一つの端部が前記電極アセンブリの本体の内部まで延びており、
前記絶縁層の第1部分と前記第1タブとの間に前記第2電極シートがない、
ことを特徴とする電極アセンブリ。 - 前記絶縁層はさらに前記電極アセンブリの外面に設けられる第2部分を含む請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記第2部分と前記第1部分との一部が重なっている請求項2に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電極アセンブリと、前記電極アセンブリを収容するケースとを備える電池。
