Claims (9)
- 第1電極シートと、極性が前記第1電極シートと逆である第2電極シートと、前記第1電極シートと前記第2電極シートとの間に配置されたセパレータと、を含み、且つ前記第1電極シート、前記セパレータ及び前記第2電極シートが巻回することにより形成される電極アセンブリであって、
前記第1電極シートは、第1集電体と、前記第1集電体の表面に設けられた第1活性物質層とを含み、前記第1電極シートの巻き終わり端は、前記第2電極シートの巻き終わり端の巻芯から遠く離れた外側に位置し、
前記第1電極シートの巻き終わり端における前記第1活性物質層は、前記第1集電体の前記第2電極シートに向かう側の表面を被覆しており、
前記電極アセンブリの外面は、第1平面、第2平面、第1弧面及び第2弧面を含み、前記電極アセンブリの厚さ方向に沿って、前記第1平面と前記第2平面とが対向して配置され、前記電極アセンブリの幅方向に沿って、前記第1弧面と前記第2弧面が対向して配置され、
前記電極アセンブリは、厚さが15μm~25μmの接着部材をさらに有し、前記接着部材は、前記第1電極シートの巻き終わり端に接続され、且つ前記第1弧面に貼り付けられ、前記第1電極シートの巻き終わり端を固定し、
前記第2電極シートの巻き終わり端は、巻取方向に沿って前記第1電極シートの巻き終わり端から張り出しており、張り出した長さが2mmよりも大きいか若しくはそれに等しいことを特徴とする電極アセンブリ。 - 前記接着部材は、熱接着剤であり、前記第1電極シートの巻き終わり端及び前記電極アセンブリの外面に貼り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記接着部材の熱溶融温度は、120℃よりも小さいか若しくはそれに等しく、前記接着部材の熱接着圧力は、3MPaよりも小さいか若しくはそれに等しいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記セパレータの巻き終わり端は、巻取方向に沿って前記第2電極シートの巻き終わり端から張り出しており、且つ前記接着部材の内面に貼付されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記電極アセンブリは、前記第1電極シートに接続される第1タブと、前記第2電極シートに接続される第2タブと、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記第1電極シートの巻き始め端には、第1裸箔領域が設けられ、前記第2電極シートの巻き始め端には、第2裸箔領域が設けられ、
前記第1タブは、前記第1裸箔領域に設けられ、前記第2タブは、前記第2裸箔領域に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電極アセンブリ。 - 前記電極アセンブリは、前記第1裸箔領域に設けられ、且つ前記第1タブを被覆する第1絶縁部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記第2裸箔領域は、前記第1裸箔領域を延出しており、前記電極アセンブリは、前記第1裸箔領域の端部を被覆する第2絶縁部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 電極アセンブリと、包装体と、を備える電池であって、
前記電極アセンブリは、請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の電極アセンブリであり、且つ前記包装体の中に収容されており、前記電極アセンブリのタブは、前記包装体から張り出していることを特徴とする電池。
