Claims (3)
- 전극리드와 전극탭이 구비된 크루드 셀과 상기 크루드 셀을 밀봉하는 외장재로 이루어진 파우치형 리튬 2차전지에 있어서, 상기 외장재는 상기 크루드 셀이 수납되는 제1 수납부와 상기 전극리드가 수납되는 제2 수납부로 이루어지고, 제2 수납부에 위치하는 상기 전극리드와 전극탭의 연결부에 절연수지를 0.001 ~ 5 ㎜의 두께로 도포하여 상기 연결부를 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 리튬 2차전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 절연수지는 에폭시, 폴리이미드, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에스터, 아세테이트 및 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나의 절연수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 파우치형 리튬 2차전지.
