Claims (10)
- 電極アセンブリであって、第1電極シート、第2電極シート、及び前記第1電極シートと前記第2電極シートとの間に設けられるセパレータを含み、前記第1電極シートと前記第2電極シートとが巻回又は積層して前記電極アセンブリを形成し、
前記電極アセンブリは、
前記第1電極シートに設けられる第1タブと、
絶縁層であって、前記第1電極シートに設けられる第1部分を含み、前記第1部分と前記第1タブとの間に前記第2電極シートがない、絶縁層と、
をさらに含む電極アセンブリ。 - 前記第1タブは複数の第1タブユニットを含み、前記複数の第1タブユニットが、前記絶縁層に隣接する最内層の第1タブユニットを含み、前記絶縁層と前記最内層の第1タブユニットとの間に前記第2電極シートがない請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記電極アセンブリの厚み方向に沿って、前記絶縁層の正投影が前記第1タブの正投影を覆っている請求項2に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記第1タブは積層して配置される複数の第1タブユニットを含み、前記複数の第1タブユニットが、前記絶縁層に隣接する最内層の第1タブユニットを含み、
前記絶縁層と前記最内層の第1タブユニットとの間に前記第2電極シートがなく、
前記電極アセンブリの幅方向に、前記絶縁層の幅が前記第1タブの幅よりも大きい請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。 - 前記第1タブは積層して配置される複数の第1タブユニットを含み、前記複数の第1タブユニットが前記絶縁層に隣接する最内層の第1タブユニットを含み、前記絶縁層はさらに前記電極アセンブリの外面に設けられる第2部分を含む請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記第2部分と前記第1部分との一部が重なっている請求項5に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記電極アセンブリの長手方向に、前記絶縁層は少なくとも前記第1タブの一部を覆っている請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記絶縁層と前記第1タブとの間に前記第1電極シートが設けられる請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記第1タブは前記電極アセンブリの外側に設けられ、かつアダプタ用タブと溶接されるテール部分を含み、前記テール部分が前記電極アセンブリの厚み方向に延在し、前記絶縁層が前記テール部分を覆う請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電極アセンブリと、前記電極アセンブリを収容するケースとを備える電池。
