Description
実施例1は、ヘテロポリ酸がアスファルテンを分離する能力を試験した。ヘテロポリ酸H3PW12O40、H3PMo12O40、H4SiW12O40およびH4SiMo12O40は、Sigma−Aldrich(登録商標)(セントルイス、ミズーリ州)から購入した。セシウム置換ヘテロポリ酸、CsxHyPMo12O40、CsxHyPW12O40、CsxHySiMo12O40およびCsxHySiW12O40(0<x<4)は、次の手順で調整した。必要量の水溶性炭酸セシウム(0.06モル(M))をヘテロポリ酸の水溶液(0.06M)に、撹拌下で、323ケルビン(K)で滴下した。セシウム置換ヘテロポリ酸を溶液から沈殿させ、濾過によって回収し、続いて脱イオン水で洗浄し、空気で乾燥させた。回収した粉末を空気中で、473Kで2時間焼成した。全てのヘテロポリ酸を100℃で脱水した。
実施例2は比較例であった。反応器および分離器は、実施例1で使用したものと同じであった。石油供給物は、実施例1で使用したのと同じ軽質原油5mLであった。反応器は、ヘテロポリ酸の不在下であった。反応条件、反応温度、反応圧力、反応時間は実施例1と同様とした。冷却後、反応生成物を反応器から取り出し、遠心管に入れ、分離器中で10,000rpmで20分間遠心分離した。反応後、アスファルテン沈殿は観察されなかった。
実施例3は比較例であった。反応器および分離器は、実施例1で使用したものと同じであった。供給油は、実施例1で使用したのと同じ軽質原油5mLであった。供給油および20mLの99%硫酸を反応器に添加した。反応条件、反応温度、反応圧力、反応時間は実施例1と同様とした。冷却後、反応生成物を反応器から取り出し、遠心管に入れ、分離器中で10,000rpmで20分間遠心分離した。反応後、アスファルテン沈殿は観察されなかった。

ヘテロポリ酸がアスファルテンの酸触媒重合反応に触媒作用を及ぼして重合アスファルテンを生成するように操作可能であるような反応時間の間、反応温度および反応圧力で反応器を操作するステップであって、混合生成物は重合アスファルテンおよび脱アスファルト油を含み、前記反応器は水の不在下にある、ステップと、
反応時間の終わりに混合生成物を冷却ユニットに導入するステップと、
冷却ユニット内の混合生成物の温度を下げて、冷却生成物を生成するステップと、
冷却生成物を分離器に導入するステップと、
冷却生成物を分離器で分離して、脱アスファルト油および廃棄物流を生成するステップであって、前記脱アスファルト油は、石油供給物と比較して、より低い硫黄濃度、より低い窒素濃度、およびより低い金属濃度を有し、アスファルテンを除去するための前記プロセスは水素ガスを添加しない、ステップと
を含む、プロセス。 - 廃棄物流を回収されたヘテロポリ酸と回収されたアスファルテンとに分離するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記炭素質材料が、原油、重質原油、軽質原油、真空残渣流、および常圧蒸留流からなる群から選択され得る、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記石油供給物中のアスファルテンの濃度が1重量%〜20重量%である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- ヘテロポリ酸が、ケギン型ヘテロポリ酸、セシウム置換ヘテロポリ酸、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記ケギン型ヘテロポリ酸が、リンタングステンヘテロポリ酸(H3PW12O40)、リンモリブデンヘテロポリ酸(H3PMo12O40)、シリコタングステンヘテロポリ酸(H4SiW12O40)、シリコモリブデンヘテロポリ酸(H4SiMo12O40)、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記セシウム置換ヘテロポリ酸が、0<x<4でCsxHyPMo12O40、CsxHyPW12O40、CsxHySiMo12O40およびCsxHySiW12O40からなる群から選択される、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記反応温度が20℃〜100℃である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記反応圧力が大気圧である、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記反応時間が3時間〜5時間である、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記分離器が遠心分離機である、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記脱アスファルト化油が1重量%未満のアスファルテンを含有する、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記脱アスファルト油をアップグレード反応器に導入してアップグレード生成物を生成するステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記石油供給物を反応器に導入し、前記ヘテロポリ酸供給物を反応器に導入するステップの前に、前記石油供給物および前記ヘテロポリ酸供給物をミキサーに導入して混合供給物を生成するステップ、および前記混合供給物を反応器に導入するステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 石油供給物からアスファルテンを除去するためのシステムであって、
反応器であって、アスファルテンを含む前記石油供給物、およびヘテロポリ酸を含むヘテロポリ酸供給物が反応器に導入され、前記石油供給物中のアスファルテンの酸触媒重合反応を前記ヘテロポリ酸により起こして混合生成物中に重合アスファルテンを生成するような反応圧力、反応温度、および反応時間で操作するように構成され、前記反応器が水の不在化にある、反応器と、
前記反応器に流体接続された冷却ユニットであって、前記混合生成物の温度を低下させて冷却生成物を生成するように構成される、冷却ユニットと、
前記冷却ユニットに流体接続された分離器であって、前記冷却生成物を脱アスファルト油および廃棄物流に分離するように構成され、前記廃棄物流は重合アスファルテンを含む、分離器と
を含み、
石油供給物からアスファルテンを除去する前記システムは水素ガスを添加しない、
システム。 - 前記反応器の上流に、前記反応器に流体接続されたミキサーをさらに含み、前記ミキサーは、前記石油供給物と前記ヘテロポリ酸供給物とを混合して混合供給物を生成するように構成される、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記分離器に流体接続され、前記脱アスファルト油をアップグレードするように構成されたアップグレード反応器をさらに含む、請求項15または16に記載のシステム。
- 前記分離器に流体接続されたアスファルテン回収ユニットをさらに含み、前記アスファルテン回収ユニットは、前記廃棄物流を回収されたヘテロポリ酸と回収されたアスファルテンとに分離するように構成される、請求項15〜17のいずれかに記載のシステム。
