Description

R’−(O−CH2−CHR)Y−N−(CH2−CH2−O)X−H−(CH2−CH2−O)Z−H
ここで、x、z及びyは1〜5の整数であり、R’はC10〜C16脂肪族基である。x及びzが2又は3であり、yが2であり、R’がC14脂肪族基であるこのようなアルカノールアミンの一例は、Huntsman Corporationによって商品名Surfonic PEA−25として販売されている。

典型的には、このようなポリエーテルアミンは、約1,000〜3,000の平均分子量を有する。1つの適切な例は、Huntsman Corporationによって販売されているJEFFAMINE(登録商標)M−2070ポリエーテルアミンである。このポリエーテルアミンは、zが6でありかつxが約35である代表的な構造によって示されるように、共重合体主鎖に基づくモノアミンであり、約2,000の平均分子量を有する一官能性第1級アミンである。プロピレン酸化物/エチレン酸化物(PO/EO)モル比は一般に約1/3であり、ここで、(EO)についてはRはHであり、(PO)についてはRはCH3である。

典型的には、このようなポリエーテルアミンは、約400〜1,500の平均分子量を有する。適切な例には、Huntsman Corporationによって販売されているJEFFAMINE(登録商標)ED−600及びJEFFAMINE(登録商標)ED−900ポリエーテルアミンが含まれる。JEFFAMINE(登録商標)ED−600ポリエーテルアミンは、水溶性液体であり、プロピレン酸化物でキャップされたポリエチレングリコールから誘導された脂肪族ポリエーテルジアミンであり、約600の分子量を有する。示された構造において、JEFFAMINE(登録商標)ED−600についてzが約9であり、(x+y)が約3.6である。JEFFAMINE(登録商標)ED−900ポリエーテルアミンは、類似の構造を有し、水溶性であり、約900の分子量及び室温付近の融点を有する。示されている構造では、JEFFAMINE(登録商標)ED−900ついてzが約12.5であり、(x+y)が約6である。

ここで、Rは8〜20個の炭素原子を含む1価の脂肪族ラジカルであり(脂肪族基は直鎖又は分枝鎖の飽和又は不飽和であってもよい)、R’は2〜4つの炭素原子を含む2価のアルキルラジカル、好ましくはエチレン又はプロピレンであり、xは平均値が約0〜約12の数であり、Zはグルコース、ガラクトース、グルコシル又はガラクトシル残基などの5又は6つの炭素原子を含む還元糖部分であり、nは平均値が約1〜約10の数である。いくつかの例示的なアルキルポリグリコシドは、GLUCOPON(登録商標)(ここで、Zはグルコース部分であり、xは0である)の名称で販売されている。

Claims (21)
- 便器洗浄ゲルであって、
(a)平均15〜50個のエチレン酸化物単位を有するエトキシル化C 12 〜C 30 アルコールを含むアルコキシル化アルコール、及び高分子アルキレン酸化物ブロック共重合体を含む粘着促進剤、
(b)アニオン性、非イオン性、カチオン性、両性、双性イオン性及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の界面活性剤であって、少なくとも1種の界面活性剤の1種以上は全部又は一部が粘着促進剤として役立て得ること、
(c)ポリアルキレンポリアミン及び/又はポリエーテルアミンを含む塩基性製剤、及び
(d)水、を含み、
前記便器洗浄ゲルは、硬質表面への塗布時に自己粘着し、50〜90℃のゲル溶融温度を有し、25℃で少なくとも150,000センチポアズ(cP)の粘度を有するゲルであり、10重量%の前記便器洗浄ゲルと脱イオン水との平衡混合物は、少なくとも10のpHを有する、便器洗浄ゲル。 - 前記粘着促進剤は、平均15〜50個のエチレン酸化物単位を有するエトキシル化C 14 〜C 22 アルコール及びエチレン酸化物−プロピレン酸化物ブロック共重合体を含む、請求項1に記載の便器洗浄ゲル。
- 前記塩基性製剤が、前記ポリアルキレンポリアミンを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の便器洗浄ゲル。
- 前記ポリアルキレンポリアミンが、下記式を有するアミン化合物を含む、請求項3に記載の便器洗浄ゲル。

- 前記塩基性製剤が、前記ポリエーテルアミンを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の便器洗浄ゲル。
- 前記ポリエーテルアミンが、下記式を有するアミン化合物を含む、請求項7に記載の便器洗浄ゲル。

(ここで、RはH又はMeであり、R”はC1〜C6アルキルであり、dは平均で3〜10であり、bは平均で20〜50であり、前記アミン化合物は1,000〜3,000の平均分子量を有する。) - 前記塩基性製剤がさらにアルカノールアミンを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の便器洗浄ゲル。
- 前記便器洗浄ゲルが、さらに
(e)ポリオール保湿剤、
(f)香料成分、
(g)一種以上の補助剤、及び
(h)各々炭素数8〜15の炭素鎖を含む1種以上の直鎖第1級アルコールの中の一つ以上を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の便器洗浄ゲル。 - 前記粘着促進剤が、アルコキシル化ポリオール部分エステル及び/又はポリエチレングリコールを更に含む、請求項1に記載の便器洗浄ゲル。
- 前記ゲルが25℃で300,000〜800,000センチポアズ(cP)の粘度を有する、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の便器洗浄ゲル。
- 前記ゲルが、少なくとも2,500Paのゲル降伏点硬度を有する、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の便器洗浄ゲル。
- 前記ゲルが、50〜80℃のゲル溶融温度を有する、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の便器洗浄ゲル。
- 前記粘着促進剤が、平均15〜50個のエチレン酸化物単位を有するエトキシル化C 14 〜C 22 アルコールを含み、前記少なくとも1種の界面活性剤は、平均5〜12個のエチレン酸化物単位を有するエトキシル化直鎖及び/又は分岐鎖C 9 〜C 15 アルコールを含む、請求項1に記載の便器洗浄ゲル。
- 鉱油をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の便器洗浄ゲル。
- 便器洗浄ゲルであって、
(a)アルコキシル化アルコール、アルコキシル化ポリオール部分エステル、ポリエチレングリコール、及び/又は高分子アルキレン酸化物ブロック共重合体を含む粘着促進剤、
(b)アニオン性、非イオン性、カチオン性、両性、双性イオン性及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の界面活性剤であって、少なくとも1種の界面活性剤の1種以上は全部又は一部が粘着促進剤として役立て得ること、
(c)ポリアルキレンポリアミン及び/又はポリエーテルアミンを含む塩基性製剤、及び
(d)水、を含み、
前記便器洗浄ゲルは、硬質表面への塗布時に自己粘着し、50〜90℃のゲル溶融温度を有し、25℃で少なくとも150,000センチポアズ(cP)の粘度を有するゲルであり、10重量%の前記便器洗浄ゲルと脱イオン水との平衡混合物は、少なくとも10のpHを有し、
前記便器洗浄ゲルが、
平均15〜35個のエチレン酸化物単位を有するエトキシル化C 16 〜C 18 アルコールを20〜35重量%、
平均2〜15個のエチレン酸化物単位を有するエトキシル化C 10 〜C 15 アルコールを1〜5重量%、
ポリアルキレンポリアミン、及び/又はポリエーテルアミンを0.5〜5重量%、
ポリエチレングリコールを0.5〜5重量%、
鉱油を0.1〜2重量%、
グリセリンを2〜10重量%、
親水性ポリアクリル酸塩を0.1〜2重量%、
香料成分を2〜10重量%、及び
水を少なくとも40重量%、を含む、便器洗浄ゲル。
