Claims (2)
- 膨張部材を膨張させるガス発生器に用いられ、燃焼によりガスを発生するガス発生剤を着火燃焼させる点火器であって、
所定量の電流が供給される一対の端子ピンと、
前記一対の端子ピンのうち一方の端子ピンが挿通される第1孔部および他方の端子ピンが挿通される第2孔部を有し、有底筒状に形成された金属製の保持部材と、
前記保持部材の内部に充填されて設けられ、一方の前記端子ピンを前記保持部材および前記他方の端子ピンから絶縁する絶縁体と、
を備え、
前記他方の端子ピンは前記保持部材と導通されていると共に、前記他方の端子ピンが前記第2孔部に挿通された状態で、前記他方の端子ピンの一端部は、前記保持部材の外側面と面一に形成され、前記第2孔部における前記保持部材の外面側の周壁端部にはテーパが形成されていることを特徴とする点火器。 - 前記一方の端子ピンまたは/および前記他方の端子ピンの表面において前記絶縁体と接触している部分の少なくとも一部に、凹部または凸部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の点火器。
