Description
第1の態様では、患者の健康状態を評価する方法が含まれる。この方法は、複数のグラフェンセンサを用いて患者の呼気又はガスサンプル内の揮発性有機化合物の存在を評価して、揮発性有機化合物データを生成するステップを含み得る。複数のグラフェンセンサは、異なる揮発性有機化合物に固有のセンサを含み得る。この方法は、患者の交感神経活動に関するデータを収集するステップを更に含み得る。この方法は、揮発性有機化合物データを、患者の交感神経活動に関する収集されたデータと組み合わせて複合データセットを形成するステップを更に含み得る。この方法は、パターンマッチングアルゴリズムを使用して、1つ又は複数の過去に決定されたデータパターンに対して複合データセットをマッチングして、最良のマッチであるデータパターンを決定するステップを更に含むことができ、最良のマッチである特定の過去に決定されたデータパターンは、患者の健康状態を示す。
第3の態様では、本明細書の他の態様に加えて又はその代わりに、患者の交感神経活動に関するデータは、心拍数変動(HRV:heart rate variability)、皮膚電位(EDA:electrodermal activity)、血圧、呼吸数、呼吸性洞性不整脈(RSA:respiratory sinus arrhythmia)及び圧受容体感受性(BRS:baroreceptor sensitivity)からなる群から選択され得る。
第8の態様では、本明細書の他の態様に加えて又はその代わりに、患者の交感神経活動に関するデータを収集するステップは、少なくとも約1日の期間にわたって行われる。
第10の態様では、本明細書の他の態様に加えて又はその代わりに、患者の呼気又はガスサンプルからの揮発性有機化合物データは、外部の呼気検知システムからウェアラブル装置及び植込可能装置の少なくとも1つにダウンロードされる。
第14の態様では、本明細書の他の態様に加えて又はその代わりに、方法は、制御の測定値が交感神経活動の測定値とマッチしない場合に通知を生成するステップを含み得る。
第17の態様では、診断健康システムが本明細書に含まれる。診断健康システムは、通信回路と、メモリ回路と、通信回路及びメモリ回路と電子通信するプロセッサとを含み得る。プロセッサは、揮発性有機化合物データを、患者の交感神経活動に関する収集されたデータと組み合わせて複合データセットを形成するように構成され得る。プロセッサは、パターンマッチングアルゴリズムを使用して、1つ又は複数の過去に決定されたデータパターンに対して複合データセットをマッチングして、最良のマッチであるパターンを決定するようにも構成され得、最良のマッチである特定の過去に決定されたパターンは、患者の健康状態を示す。プロセッサは、最良のパターンマッチに基づいて患者の健康状態を報告するようにも構成され得る。
[センサ及びデータ]
本明細書の様々な実施形態において、システムの一部であり得る患者固有の装置及び/又は他の装置若しくはシステムは、患者の自律神経系緊張又は一部の実施形態ではより詳細に患者の交感神経系の活動に関するデータを収集することができる。但し、一部の実施形態では、交感神経活動の測定に加えて又はその代わりに、自律神経系緊張の測定(例えば、副交感神経/交感神経のバランス)又は副交感性緊張の測定も行い得ることが理解されるであろう。一部の実施形態では、人口統計データ、医療記録データ、環境条件の測定、患者の活動データ、症状の表れ、患者の現在の又は過去の身体的状態に関する情報等の他の種類のデータも含まれ得る。
一部の実施形態では、呼吸センサを使用することができる。様々な実施形態において、呼吸は、接触に基づく方法により、胸部及び腹部の運動検出により、音響に基づく測定、気流のモニタリング、筋肉緊張センサ又はインピーダンスに基づく測定により検知することができる。呼吸を検出するために非接触式の方法も使用することができる。
一部の実施形態では、インターネット、ソーシャルメディア、インターネット検索等の患者の使用に関するデータ又はそれらに関する不規則なパターンに関するデータを使用することができる。
[方法]
本明細書の実施形態は、様々な方法を含み得る。例示的な方法は、本明細書に記載した手法及び/又は操作の何れかを含み得る。一実施形態では、患者の健康状態を評価する方法が含まれる。この方法は、患者の呼気又はガスサンプル内の揮発性有機化合物の存在を評価して揮発性有機化合物データを生成するステップを含み得る。揮発性有機化合物データは、本明細書に記載したようなシステム及び装置を使用して集めることができる。
Claims (14)
- 患者の健康状態を評価する方法であって、
複数のグラフェンセンサを用いて前記患者の呼気又はガスサンプル内の揮発性有機化合物の存在を評価して、揮発性有機化合物データを生成するステップであって、前記複数のグラフェンセンサは、異なる揮発性有機化合物に固有のセンサを含む、ステップと、
前記患者の交感神経活動に関するデータを収集するステップと、
前記揮発性有機化合物データを、前記患者の交感神経活動に関する前記収集されたデータと組み合わせて複合データセットを形成するステップと、
パターンマッチングアルゴリズムを使用して、1つ又は複数の過去に決定されたデータパターンに対して前記複合データセットをマッチングして、最良のマッチである前記データパターンを決定するステップであって、前記最良のマッチである前記特定の過去に決定されたデータパターンは、前記患者の前記健康状態を示し、前記1つ又は複数の過去に決定されたデータパターンは、機械学習プロセスを使用して作成される、ステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記患者の交感神経活動に関する前記データは、心拍数変動(HRV)、皮膚電位(EDA)、血圧、呼吸数、呼吸性洞性不整脈(RSA)及び圧受容体感受性(BRS)からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記患者の機能状態に関するデータを収集するステップであって、前記データは、歩調データ及び加速度データからなる群から選択される、ステップと、前記患者の機能状態に関するデータを前記複合データセットに追加するステップとを更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記患者の人口統計学的特徴に関するデータを収集するステップと、
前記患者の人口統計学的特徴に関するデータを前記複合データセットに追加するステップと
を更に含む、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記患者の交感神経活動に関するデータを収集するステップは、非臨床設定内で行われ、及び前記揮発性有機化合物の前記存在を評価するステップは、臨床設定内で行われる、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記患者の交感神経活動に関するデータを収集するステップは、ウェアラブル装置を用いて行われる、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記患者の交感神経活動に関するデータを収集するステップは、少なくとも約1日の期間にわたって行われる、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記患者の交感神経活動に関するデータを収集するステップは、植込装置を用いて行われる、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記患者の前記呼気又はガスサンプルからの前記揮発性有機化合物データは、外部の呼気検知システムからウェアラブル装置及び植込可能装置の少なくとも1つにダウンロードされる、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記患者の交感神経活動に関する前記収集されたデータは、ウェアラブル装置から臨床診断装置にアップロードされる、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のグラフェンセンサの1つ又は複数は、前記患者の交感神経活動に関する前記収集されたデータに対する制御として選択され、前記制御は、交感神経活動と相関する、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 通信回路と、
メモリ回路と、
前記通信回路及び前記メモリ回路と電子通信するプロセッサと
を含む診断健康システムであって、前記プロセッサは、
揮発性有機化合物データを、患者の交感神経活動に関する収集されたデータと組み合わせて複合データセットを形成することと、
パターンマッチングアルゴリズムを使用して、1つ又は複数の過去に決定されたデータパターンに対して前記複合データセットをマッチングして、最良のマッチであるパターンを決定することであって、前記最良のマッチである前記特定の過去に決定されたパターンは、前記患者の健康状態を示す、決定することと、
前記最良のパターンマッチに基づいて前記患者の前記健康状態を報告することと
を行うように構成され、
前記1つ又は複数の過去に決定されたデータパターンは、機械学習プロセスを使用して作成される、診断健康システム。 - 臨床環境内に配置され、及び患者の交感神経活動に関する収集されたデータは、ウェアラブル装置から前記診断健康システムにアップロードされる、請求項12に記載の診断健康システム。
- 植込装置からなる患者固有の装置と、
外部の呼気検知システムと、
前記患者固有の装置及び前記外部の呼気検知システムからデータを受信するプロセッサと
を含む診断健康システムであって、
前記患者固有の装置は、患者の交感神経活動に関するデータを収集し、
前記外部の呼気検知システムは、前記患者の呼気又はガスサンプル内の揮発性有機化合物の存在に関するデータを収集し、
前記プロセッサは、
前記揮発性有機化合物データを前記患者の交感神経活動データと組み合わせて複合データセットを形成することと、
パターンマッチングアルゴリズムを使用して、1つ又は複数の過去に決定されたデータパターンに対して前記複合データセットをマッチングして、最良のマッチであるパターンを決定することであって、前記最良のマッチである前記特定の過去に決定されたパターンは、前記患者の健康状態を示す、決定することと、
前記最良のパターンマッチに基づいて前記患者の前記健康状態を報告することと
を行うように構成される、診断健康システム。
