- 側壁で囲まれたフレームと、前記フレームに支持固定され、振動して発音するための振動膜とを備え、前記側壁が、環状をなし、内側面と、前記内側面とは反対側の外側面と、前記内側面と前記外側面とを接続する底面と、前記底面に対向設置される頂面とを備え、前記振動膜が前記頂面に固定されている発音デバイスであって、
前記側壁は、前記頂面より前記振動膜から離れる方向へ凹んで形成されている退避段差をさらに備え、
環状をなす前記退避段差は、前記頂面の外側に開設され、かつ、前記外側面に接続されており、前記退避段差は、深さが0.04mm〜0.06mmであり、幅が0.04mm〜0.06mmである、ことを特徴とする発音デバイス。 - 前記振動膜は、振動部と、前記振動部の周縁から外側へ延在するエッジ部と、前記エッジ部から前記フレームの方向へ延在し、前記フレームに固定されている固定部とを備え、
前記固定部は、前記頂面に固定されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発音デバイス。 - 前記振動膜は、接着方式により、前記頂面に貼り合わせて固定されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の発音デバイス。
- 前記退避段差は、射出成形によって成形されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の発音デバイス。
