本实用新型公开了一种发声器件,包括由侧壁围成的盆架、分别固定于所述盆架的振动系统和磁路系统、贯穿所述侧壁设置的泄漏孔,所述发声器件还包括注塑结合于所述侧壁的金属片,所述金属片设有与所述泄漏孔对应的通孔,所述发声器件还包括通过激光点焊固定于所述金属片且完全覆盖所述通孔和所述泄漏孔的阻尼层。本实用新型提供的发声器件可以减小阻尼层的固定结合边宽,泄漏孔可以开的更大,同时可以改善阻尼层分层、起翘的问题。

发声器件 技术领域
本实用新型属于电声换能领域,特别涉及一种发声器件。
背景技术
随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升。而在众多移动设备之中,手机无疑是最常见、最便携的移动终端设备。目前,手机的功能极其多样,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,用于播放声音的发声器件被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备之中。
相关技术中的发声器件包括由侧壁围成的盆架、分别固定于所述盆架的振动系统和磁路系统,所述侧壁上设有贯穿其上的泄漏孔,所述发声器件还包括通过背胶贴设的方式固定于所述侧壁并完全覆盖所述泄漏孔的阻尼层。
技术问题
相关技术的不足在于,为了保证所述阻尼稳固贴设于所述侧壁,需保证背胶宽度值足够大,如此导致阻尼孔尺寸受限,且易造成阻尼分层、起翘。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的发声器件解决上述技术问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可以减小阻尼层的固定结合边宽将泄漏孔开的更大,同时可以改善阻尼层分层、起翘的问题的发声器件。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种发声器件,包括由侧壁围成的盆架、分别固定于所述盆架的振动系统和磁路系统、贯穿所述侧壁设置的泄漏孔,所述发声器件还包括注塑结合于所述侧壁的金属片,所述金属片设有与所述泄漏孔对应的通孔,所述发声器件还包括通过激光点焊固定于所述金属片且完全覆盖所述通孔和所述泄漏孔的阻尼层。
优选的,所述金属片为钢片。
优选的,所述发声器件还包括由所述侧壁的外侧凹陷形成的收容槽,所述阻尼层收容于所述收容槽内。
优选的,所述盆架为矩形结构,所述泄漏孔为四个,且两两一组分别设于所述盆架的平行于长轴的相对两个所述侧壁。
优选的,同一组中的两个所述泄漏孔之间间隔设置。
有益效果
与相关技术相比,本实用新型提供的发声器件将金属片注塑结合于侧壁,金属片设有与泄漏孔对应的通孔,通过激光点焊的方式将阻尼层固定于金属片且完全覆通孔和泄漏孔,这样的方式可以大大减小阻尼层的固定结合边宽,泄漏孔可以开的更大,同时可以改善阻尼层分层、起翘的问题。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1-3,本实用新型提供了一种发声器件100,包括盆架1,分别固定于所述盆架1的振动系统2和磁路系统3,金属片4以及阻尼层5。
所述振动系统2固定于所述盆架1,具体的,所述振动系统2包括固定于盆架1的振膜21和驱动所述振膜21振动的音圈22。
所述磁路系统3固定于所述盆架1,所述音圈22通电后与所述磁路系统3产生磁场,从而驱动所述振膜21振动发声。
所述盆架1由侧壁11围成,其形状不限,可以为圆形或矩形等。本实施方式中,以所述盆架1由四个所述侧壁11围成矩形为例说明。
本实施方式中,所述侧壁11包括贯穿其上的泄漏孔111,所述泄漏孔111为四个。四个泄漏孔111两两一组分别设于所述盆架1的平行于长轴的相对两个所述侧壁11。由此,有利于产品的设计与装配。当然,两个所述泄漏孔111也可分别设于所述盆架1的相邻设置的两个所述侧壁11,这也是可行的,其原理与上述一致。同一组中的两个所述泄漏孔111之间间隔设置。该设计便于顺利泄压,保障声学性能。
所述金属片4注塑结合于所述侧壁11。所述金属片4设有与所述泄漏孔111对应的通孔41。优选的,所述金属片4为钢片。
所述阻尼层5通过激光点焊固定于所述金属片4且完全覆盖所述通孔41和所述泄漏孔111。
所述发声器件100还包括由所述侧壁11的外侧凹陷形成收容槽12,所述泄漏孔111与所述收容槽12连通。所述阻尼层5收容于所述收容槽12内。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型提供的发声器件将金属片注塑结合于侧壁,金属片设有与泄漏孔对应的通孔,通过激光点焊的方式将阻尼层固定于金属片且完全覆通孔和泄漏孔,这样的方式可以大大减小阻尼层的固定结合边宽,泄漏孔可以开的更大,同时可以改善阻尼层分层、起翘的问题。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种发声器件,包括由侧壁围成的盆架、分别固定于所述盆架的振动系统和磁路系统、贯穿所述侧壁设置的泄漏孔,其特征在于,所述发声器件还包括注塑结合于所述侧壁的金属片,所述金属片设有与所述泄漏孔对应的通孔,所述发声器件还包括通过激光点焊固定于所述金属片且完全覆盖所述通孔和所述泄漏孔的阻尼层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述金属片为钢片。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述发声器件还包括由所述侧壁的外侧凹陷形成的收容槽,所述阻尼层收容于所述收容槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述盆架为矩形结构,所述泄漏孔为四个,且两两一组分别设于所述盆架的平行于长轴的相对两个所述侧壁。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于,同一组中的两个所述泄漏孔之间间隔设置。
