Description
前記受光素子は、前記入射光が前記光学素子によって分光される第一の方向と交わる第二の方向にも配列されており、前記反射光の伸長方向が前記受光部において第二の方向となるよう、前記出射光を所定の方向に伸長させる伸長手段をさらに有する、ことを特徴としている。

Claims (3)
- 出射部からの出射光が対象物で反射した反射光を受光する受光部と、
入射した前記反射光及び前記対象物を含む領域からの環境光を含む入射光を、当該入射光に含まれる波長に応じた受光部上の位置に導き、光の波長に応じて前記光を分光する構成を有する光学素子と、
前記受光部上における受光強度の分布に基づいて、前記反射光を検出する検出手段と、を有し、
前記受光部は、前記光学素子によって前記入射光が分光される方向に沿って複数の受光素子が配列され、
前記受光素子は、前記入射光が前記光学素子によって分光される第一の方向と交わる第二の方向にも配列されており、
前記反射光の伸長方向が前記受光部において第二の方向となるよう、前記出射光を所定の方向に伸長させる伸長手段をさらに有する、
ことを特徴とする光学装置。 - 複数の前記受光素子の各々は、受光した光の強度に応じた信号を出力し、
前記検出手段は、前記受光強度が最大である前記受光素子が出力する信号を、前記反射光の受光による信号と特定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の光学装置を有し、
前記出射光の出射から、前記受光部による前記反射光の受光までに要した時間に基づき、前記対象物までの距離を測定することを特徴とする距離測定装置。
