Description
Claims (8)
- 回路に流れる電流を検出するための電流検知装置において、
一方向に積層される少なくとも2つのベース基板を含み、前記一方向に回路を貫通させる基板部と、
前記ベース基板の少なくとも1つに形成され、前記回路を囲むコイル部と、
前記ベース基板間で前記コイル部から離隔して配置され、前記回路を囲むコア部とを含み、
前記コイル部は、
前記回路で形成される磁場の一部を相殺するように構成される第1コイル部と、
前記磁場のうち、相殺されずに残った部分から誘導される電流を発生するように構成される第2コイル部とを含み、
前記電流検知装置は、
相殺された前記磁場の前記一部を補償するための補償電流を前記第2コイル部に供給するように構成される補償部をさらに含み、
前記第2コイル部は、
前記誘導される電流と前記補償電流に対応する電圧を出力するように構成されることを特徴とする電流検知装置。 - 前記第1コイル部を駆動するための電源電流を供給するように構成される発振部と、
前記電圧に基づいて、前記回路に流れる電流を算出するように構成される算出部とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電流検知装置。 - 前記基板部は、
前記第1コイル部が形成される第1基板部と、
前記第1基板部に積層され、前記第2コイル部が形成される第2基板部とを含む、請求項1に記載の電流検知装置。 - 前記コア部は、
前記第1基板部に挿入される第1コア部と、
前記第2基板部に挿入される第2コア部とを含む、請求項3に記載の電流検知装置。 - 前記コア部は、前記第1基板部と前記第2基板部間に配置される、請求項3に記載の電流検知装置。
- 前記基板部は、
前記コア部が挿入される第1ベース基板と、
前記第1ベース基板の両面にそれぞれ取り付けられ、前記第1コイル部が形成される第2ベース基板と、
前記第2ベース基板にそれぞれ取り付けられ、前記第2コイル部が形成される第3ベース基板とを含む、請求項1に記載の電流検知装置。 - 前記コイル部は、
前記ベース基板において前記一方向に対する垂直面と規定される表面のうち少なくとも2つに形成される複数の導電パッド部と、
前記ベース基板の少なくとも1つを前記一方向に貫通し、前記導電パッド部同士を連結する複数の連結部とを含む、請求項1に記載の電流検知装置。 - 前記コア部は、
前記各導電パッド部の両端部間で、前記導電パッド部の内側領域に対応して配置される、請求項7に記載の電流検知装置。
