Claims (5)
- 誘導加熱コイルの巻部の径方向外方に配置され前記誘導加熱コイルの軸方向に延びる支柱と、
前記軸方向における前記誘導加熱コイルの動きを規制するために前記誘導加熱コイルを絶縁状態で受ける規制部材と、
前記支柱と前記誘導加熱コイルとの間に介在するとともに前記支柱と前記規制部材との間に介在する絶縁部材と、
前記規制部材および前記絶縁部材を前記支柱に連結するためのユニットと、
を備え、
前記ユニットは、前記支柱の一端部側に配置された端部押さえ部材と、この端部押さえ部材からの荷重を受けるとともに前記支柱に結合された固定部材と、を含み、
前記端部押さえ部材は、前記規制部材からの荷重を受けるフランジ部と、このフランジ部から前記軸方向に突出し前記絶縁部材からの荷重を受ける筒状部と、を含んでいる、誘導加熱コイルの支持構造。 - 請求項1に記載の誘導加熱コイルの支持構造であって、
前記誘導加熱コイルは、前記巻部を有するコイル本体と、このコイル本体から前記径方向の外方に延びる延設部と、を含み、
前記規制部材は、前記延設部と前記軸方向に並んで前記延設部に突き合わされており、
前記筒状部と前記絶縁部材とが突き合わされている位置は、前記規制部材と前記延設部とが突き合わされている位置から前記軸方向にずらされている、誘導加熱コイルの支持構造。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の誘導加熱コイルの支持構造であって、
前記ユニットは、前記支柱の一端側に配置されて一端側ユニットを構成しており、
前記一端側ユニットと協働して前記規制部材および前記絶縁部材を前記支柱に連結する他端側ユニットをさらに備え、
前記他端側ユニットは、前記支柱の他端側に配置された他端側端部押さえ部材と、この他端側端部押さえ部材からの荷重を受けるとともに前記支柱に結合された他端側固定部材と、を含み、
前記他端側端部押さえ部材は、前記規制部材に突き合わされている部分と、前記絶縁部材に突き合わされている部分と、が前記軸方向における高さ位置を揃えられている、誘導加熱コイルの支持構造。 - 請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の誘導加熱コイルの支持構造であって、
前記筒状部を有する前記端部押さえ部材は、鉛直方向における前記支柱の上部に配置されており、前記フランジ部から前記筒状部が下方に延びている、誘導加熱コイルの支持構造。 - 誘導加熱コイルと、
前記誘導加熱コイルを支持するように構成された、請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の前記支持構造と、
を備えている、誘導加熱装置。
