Description
Claims (13)
- 所望の物体を作製するための方法であって、
(a)連続供給リコーターブレード(401)を備えたリコーターアーム(400)を粉末床(612)全体に通して、前記粉末床(612)全体に粉末の層を提供するステップと、
(b)前記粉末床にある前記粉末の層の少なくとも一部分に照射して、物体の溶融結合された領域を形成するステップと、
(c)ステップ(a)及び(b)を、前記粉末床(612)に前記所望の物体が形成されるまで繰り返すステップと、
(d)前記連続供給リコーターブレード(401)のブレード部分(502)を新しいブレード部分に交換するために、前記連続供給リコーターブレード(401)の前記新しいブレード部分が前記リコーターアーム(400)の長さ方向の少なくとも一部に沿って、ブレード供給ユニット(503)から前記リコーターアーム(400)に提供するステップとを含む、方法。 - 前記ブレード部分(502)が、シリコーンゴムから作られている請求項1に記載の所望の物体を作製するための方法。
- 前記ブレード部分(502)が、プラスチックから作られている請求項1に記載の所望の物体を作製するための方法。
- 前記ブレード部分(502)が、前記粉末(402)と同じ材料から作られている請求項1に記載の所望の物体を作製するための方法。
- 前記ブレード部分(502)が、損傷を受けているかどうかを検出するステップを備えた請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の所望の物体を作製するための方法。
- 前記物体が損傷を受けているかどうかを検出するステップを備えた請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の所望の物体を作製するための方法。
- 前記ブレード部分(502)が損傷を受けている場合、新しいブレード部分を供給するステップを備えた請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の所望の物体を作製するための方法。
- 前記ブレード部分(502)が、前記リコーターアームの長さ全体に沿っている請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
