Description
Claims (14)
- 画像プロセッサ装置を含む超音波画像処理装置であって、
前記画像プロセッサ装置は、超音波画像内に侵襲的医療機器がない状態で、第1の完全な心周期中の関心の解剖学的特徴を撮像する超音波画像の第1のシーケンスを受信し、各超音波画像は、前記第1の完全な心周期の異なる位相に対応し、
前記画像プロセッサ装置は、超音波画像内に前記侵襲的医療機器がある状態で、更なる完全な心周期中に前記関心の解剖学的特徴を撮像する超音波画像の更なるシーケンスを受信し、各超音波画像は、前記更なる完全な心周期の異なる位相に対応し、前記侵襲的医療機器は、前記関心の解剖学的特徴を少なくとも部分的に見えにくくし、
前記画像プロセッサ装置は、前記更なるシーケンスの各超音波画像について、
当該超音波画像内の前記侵襲的医療機器の位置を追跡し、
当該超音波画像から前記侵襲的医療機器を分離し、
心周期の対応する位相にある前記第1のシーケンスの超音波画像内に、追跡された前記位置で、分離された前記侵襲的医療機器を挿入し、
挿入された前記侵襲的医療機器を含む超音波画像の前記第1のシーケンスを表示するように表示デバイスを制御する、超音波画像処理装置。 - 前記心周期の特定の点を示す外部刺激に応えて、少なくとも超音波画像の前記更なるシーケンスの捕捉をトリガする、請求項1に記載の超音波画像処理装置。
- 超音波画像の前記第1のシーケンス及び前記更なるシーケンスのそれぞれが、シネループを規定する、請求項1又は2に記載の超音波画像処理装置。
- 前記画像プロセッサ装置は、物体認識アルゴリズムを使用して、前記更なるシーケンスの超音波画像内の前記侵襲的医療機器の前記位置を決定する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の超音波画像処理装置。
- 前記物体認識アルゴリズムは、光学形状検知アルゴリズムである、請求項4に記載の超音波画像処理装置。
- 前記侵襲的医療機器は、前記侵襲的医療機器に沿って所定の配置にある複数の電磁送信器を含み、
前記画像プロセッサ装置は、前記複数の電磁送信器から受信した電磁送信に基づいて、前記更なるシーケンスの超音波画像内の前記侵襲的医療機器の前記位置を決定する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の超音波画像処理装置。 - 前記電磁送信器は、超音波送信器である、請求項6に記載の超音波画像処理装置。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の超音波画像処理装置と、
前記超音波画像処理装置と通信可能に結合可能であり、前記超音波画像処理装置に少なくとも超音波画像の前記更なるシーケンスを提供する超音波プローブと、
を含む、超音波撮像システム。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の超音波画像処理装置の画像プロセッサ装置上で実行されると、前記画像プロセッサ装置に、
超音波画像内に侵襲的医療機器がない状態で、第1の完全な心周期中の関心の解剖学的特徴を撮像する超音波画像の第1のシーケンスを受信させ、各超音波画像は、前記第1の完全な心周期の異なる位相に対応し、
超音波画像内に前記侵襲的医療機器がある状態で、更なる完全な心周期中に前記関心の解剖学的特徴を撮像する超音波画像の更なるシーケンスを受信させ、各超音波画像は、前記更なる完全な心周期の異なる位相に対応し、前記侵襲的医療機器は、前記関心の解剖学的特徴を少なくとも部分的に見えにくくし、
前記更なるシーケンスの各超音波画像について、
当該超音波画像内の前記侵襲的医療機器の位置を追跡させ、
当該超音波画像から前記侵襲的医療機器を分離させ、
心周期の対応する位相にある前記第1のシーケンスの超音波画像内に、追跡された前記位置で、分離された前記侵襲的医療機器を挿入させ、
挿入された前記侵襲的医療機器を含む超音波画像の前記第1のシーケンスを表示するように表示デバイスを制御させるコンピュータ可読プログラム命令が具現化されたコンピュータ可読記憶媒体に含まれる、コンピュータプログラム。 - 前記画像プロセッサ装置に、前記心周期の特定の点を示す外部刺激に応えて、少なくとも超音波画像の前記更なるシーケンスの捕捉をトリガさせる、請求項9に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 超音波画像の前記第1のシーケンス及び前記更なるシーケンスのそれぞれが、シネループを規定する、請求項9又は10に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記画像プロセッサ装置に、物体認識アルゴリズムを使用して、前記更なるシーケンスの超音波画像内の前記侵襲的医療機器の前記位置を決定させる、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記物体認識アルゴリズムは、光学形状検知アルゴリズムである、請求項12に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記侵襲的医療機器は、前記侵襲的医療機器に沿って所定の配置にある複数の電磁送信器を含み、
前記コンピュータプログラムは更に、前記画像プロセッサ装置に、前記複数の電磁送信器から受信した電磁送信に基づいて、前記更なるシーケンスの超音波画像内の前記侵襲的医療機器の前記位置を決定させる、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
