Claims (9)
- 生体構造部分内の器具を可視化するシステムの作動方法であって:
前記システムの撮像装置により、前記生体構造部分の造影画像を生成するステップと、
前記システムの撮像装置により、前記生体構造部分内の前記器具を含む蛍光透視画像を生成するステップと、
前記システムの処理装置により、前記蛍光透視画像のうちの、前記器具の少なくとも一部と、該一部を取り囲む前記器具自体ではない領域と、を含むマスクを規定するステップと、
前記処理装置により、前記マスクによって規定された前記蛍光透視画像の部分のみを、前記造影画像と結合するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記処理装置により、前記蛍光透視画像内で前記器具の少なくとも一部を検出するステップ、を更に有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記器具の前記一部は前記器具の先端部分である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記処理装置により、複数の造影画像が受信され、該複数の造影画像内で前記構造の周期運動が特定され、
前記処理装置により、複数の蛍光透視画像が受信され、該複数の蛍光透視画像内で前記構造の周期運動が特定され、且つ
前記規定された領域の蛍光透視画像は、対応する運動サイクルの造影画像と結合される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記システムのモニタにより、結合された画像を表示するステップ、を更に有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 血管ロードマッピングのためのシステムであって:
造影画像を生成する装置と、
蛍光透視画像を生成する装置と、
前記蛍光透視画像を処理する処理装置であり、該処理装置は、前記蛍光透視画像内で器具の一部を検出するように適応され、且つ前記蛍光透視画像のうちの、前記器具の検出された一部と、該一部を取り囲む前記器具自体ではない領域と、を含むマスクを規定するように適応され、該処理装置は、前記マスクによって規定された前記蛍光透視画像の部分のみを前記造影画像と結合する、処理装置と、
を有するシステム。 - 前記処理装置は、一連の造影画像内で周期運動を特定するように適応され、且つ一連の蛍光透視画像内で周期運動を特定するように適応され、
前記処理装置は更に、選択された処理された蛍光透視画像を、対応する運動サイクルの造影画像と結合するように適応される、
請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 結合された画像を表示するモニタ、を更に有する請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 血管ロードマッピング用のコンピュータプログラムであって、請求項6に記載のシステムのプロセッサ上で実行されるときに該プロセッサに請求項1に記載の方法を実行させるコンピュータプログラム。
