Description
前記ガイドワイヤによって案内される、ステントを具備しない第1のバルーンが先端に巻きつけられたモノレールを導入するステップと;狭窄位置の動脈部分3に前記第1のバルーンを位置決めするステップと;
狭窄の位置における動脈4の狭い管腔3を広げるためにこの第1のバルーンの膨らませるステップと;第1のモノレールによって第1のバルーンを除去するステップと;
第2のバルーンが先端に巻きつけられ、該第2のバルーンの周囲にステントを有する、第2のモノレールを導入するために、細いガイドワイヤ1を再び使用するステップと;動脈4の以前に膨らまされた管腔の狭窄の位置に、ステントを有する前記第2のバルーンを位置決めするステップと;
動脈壁に埋め込まれる、広げられたステントになるステントを形成するコイルを広げるために、第2のバルーンを膨らませるステップと;
広げられたステントを永久的なインプラントと考えて、第2のモノレールに取り付けられた第2のバルーン、ガイドワイヤ1及びカテーテル9を除去するステップと、を含む。
Claims (14)
- 血管におけるガイドワイヤの移動、及び/又は位置決めを表す医用画像のシーケンスを表示する医用ビューイングシステムであって、
前記ガイドワイヤが、その先端に、前記ガイドワイヤより高い画像コントラストを示すガイドワイヤ先端部を有し、
前記システムが、ライブシーケンスと呼ばれる、元のノイズのある画像のシーケンスを取得する取得手段と、前記画像の前記ライブシーケンスをリアルタイムに処理する処理手段と、処理された前記画像の前記ライブシーケンスを表示する表示手段と、を有し、
前記処理手段が、
前記ガイドワイヤ先端部を自動的に検出し、前記ガイドワイヤ先端部のスケルトンを生成し、前記スケルトンを空間的に拡張し、基準画像における拡張されたスケルトンに対して現在画像における拡張されたスケルトンを比較して動きベクトルの場を生成する第1の手段と、
前記動きベクトルの場に基づいて、前記基準画像に対して、前記現在画像の前記ガイドワイヤ先端部を自動的に位置合わせし、前記位置合わせされた画像において、背景をぼかすことによって、前記ガイドワイヤ及び血管壁を強調するために、前記背景、前記ガイドワイヤ及び前記血管壁に対して時間積分を行う第2の手段と、を有する、システム。 - 前記第1の手段が、基準のスケルトンに対して現在スケルトンをマッチングする手段と、マッチングする動きを推定する手段と、関心領域全体に対して前記動きを外挿する手段と、を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記計算手段が、前記ガイドワイヤ先端部を含む前記画像のシーケンスにおいて関心領域を選択し、前記関心領域内のデータを処理する選択手段を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記画像のシーケンスの選択された時点に関連して、ユーザが前記画像のシーケンスに適用される前記処理手段を作動させ、その持続時間を制御し、前記処理手段を停止させるための制御手段を有し、前記制御手段が、前記選択された関心領域の可視性を改善するために前記画像のシーケンスに適用される前記処理手段を、ユーザが前記選択された時点で作動させ又は停止させるための開始手段及び停止手段を有する、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の手段が、ライン様の構造を強調し、背景をぼかすためのリッジ強調手段及び時間積分手段を有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の手段が、前記関心領域をズーミングするためのズーミング手段を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記表示手段が、更に、介入周囲画像の特徴が重ね合わせられる新しいライブシーケンスを形成するために、処理された画像のライブシーケンスを、介入周囲画像と呼ばれる対応する画像のシーケンスに対して位置合わせする位置合わせ手段を有する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記表示手段が、更に、ライブ画像の特徴が重ね合わせられる介入周囲画像の新しいシーケンスを形成するために、処理された画像のライブシーケンスを、介入周囲画像と呼ばれる対応する画像のシーケンスに対して位置合わせする位置合わせ手段を有する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記介入周囲画像が、最初に、2つの患者特性によって形成される基準において位置合わせされ、前記処理されたライブ画像が、前記最初に位置合わせされた介入周囲画像に対して、更に位置合わせされる、請求項7又は8に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者特性が、呼吸特性及び心臓鼓動特性である、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにおいて使用されるべきコンピュータ実行可能な画像処理方法。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにおいて使用される、適切にプログラムされたコンピュータ又は画像を処理するように構成された回路手段を有する専用プロセッサを備える装置。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにおいて使用され、画像処理を実行するための命令の組を含むコンピュータプログラム。
- 医用画像のシーケンスを取得する手段と、
請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにより、前記画像のシーケンスを処理し、表示するビューイングシステムと、
を有する医用検査イメージング装置。
