Claims (12)
- タイヤ補修用キットであって、
第1の噴射剤、スチレンブタジエンゴムエマルジョン、及び発泡剤を含む第1の流体を含む第1の加圧容器;並びに
第2の噴射剤及びイソプロピルアルコールを含む第2の流体を含む第2の加圧容器;
を含む、前記キット。 - 前記第1の加圧容器内に含まれている前記第1の噴射剤が、前記スチレンブタジエンゴムを含むフォームをタイヤの内部全体に分散させるためのものである、請求項1に記載のキット。
- 前記第2の加圧容器内に含まれている前記第2の噴射剤が、タイヤを膨らませるためのものである、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のキット。
- 前記第1の流体が、
26重量%〜34重量%のスチレンブタジエンゴム;
38重量%〜52重量%の水;及び
2重量%〜5.5重量%の1種類以上の発泡剤;
を含む、請求項1に記載のキット。 - 前記第1の流体が、
1重量%〜10重量%のオレイン酸カリウム;及び
0.1重量%〜5重量%のラウリル硫酸アンモニウム;
を含む、請求項4に記載のキット。 - 前記第1の流体が、
0.01重量%〜5重量%のブチル化ヒドロキシアニソール;
を含む、請求項5に記載のキット。 - 前記第1の流体が、
10重量%〜50重量%のモノプロピレングリコール;
を含む、請求項5又は請求項6に記載のキット。 - 前記第2の流体が、
5重量%〜25重量%のイソプロピルアルコール;
を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のキット。 - 前記第2の流体が、
60重量%〜99重量%の前記第2の噴射剤;
を含む、請求項8に記載のキット。 - 穴を有するタイヤを封止する方法であって、
請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のキットを与える工程;
第1の噴射剤、及びスチレンブタジエンゴムを含むエマルジョン、並びに発泡剤を含む第1の流体を前記タイヤ中に注入する工程;
前記第1の流体を前記タイヤ中に注入した後に、第2の噴射剤及びイソプロピルアルコールを含む前記第2の流体をタイヤ中に注入する工程;
を含み;
前記第1の流体中の前記スチレンブタジエンゴムと前記第2の流体中の前記イソプロピルアルコールとの間の相互作用によって、凝集して前記タイヤ中の前記穴を封止する複数のゴム粒子が形成される;
前記方法。 - 前記第1の流体が、
26重量%〜34重量%のスチレンブタジエンゴム;
38重量%〜52重量%の水;及び
2重量%〜5.5重量%の1種類以上の発泡剤;
を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の流体が、
5重量%〜25重量%のイソプロピルアルコール;及び
60重量%〜90重量%の前記第2の噴射剤;
を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
