前記導電体にエネルギーを供給するはんだレス電気コネクタと、

前記はんだレス電気コネクタは、
前記導電体と接触する導電性表面と、
外側板と、
前記外側板と前記導電性表面との間で弾性圧縮されたバイアス部材であって、前記導電性表面の前記導電体との接触を維持する、バイアス部材と、
該バイアス部材が弾性変形状態に維持されるように、前記外側板を前記透明基板に作動可能に結合する接着剤と、
を有し、
前記バイアス部材の外表面には、可撓性の導電性金属の薄膜層が配置されている、窓組立体。 - 前記接着剤のグリーン強度(green strength)は、固定手段なしで、前記バイアス部材を前記弾性変形状態に維持する上で十分である、請求項1に記載の窓組立体。
- 前記導電性表面は、約25mm2よりも大きな面積にわたって、前記導電体との接触が維持される、請求項1に記載の窓組立体。
- 前記導電性表面は、前記バイアス部材の外表面である、請求項1に記載の窓組立体。

前記バイアス部材の外表面には、可撓性の導電性金属の薄膜層が配置されている、窓組立体。 - 前記接着剤は、光開始硬化プロセスにより特徴化される、請求項9に記載の窓組立体。
- さらに、前記バイアス部材と前記カバーとの間に設置された、金属チャージ分配板を有する、請求項9に記載の窓組立体。

- 前記カバーは、ポリマーの電気絶縁性材料を有する、請求項9に記載の窓組立体。
- 前記バイアス部材と前記導電体との間の電気的接続部は、はんだを含まない、請求項9に記載の窓組立体。
- 前記接着剤は、熱硬化性接着剤である、請求項9に記載の窓組立体。
- 透明基板に設置された導電体との間で、はんだレス電気コネクタを形成する方法であって、
前記導電体と接し、境界を接するように、バイアス部材を配置するステップであって、前記バイアス部材は、導電性であり、弾性的に圧縮可能であり、前記バイアス部材の外表面には、可撓性の導電性金属の薄膜層が配置される、ステップと、
カバーの周囲表面に設置された接着剤の硬化を開始させるステップと、
前記バイアス部材の周囲の周囲配置に、前記カバーを配置するステップであって、前記バイアス部材は、前記導電体と前記カバーとの間に設置され、前記バイアス部材が未変形の場合、前記バイアス部材は、前記カバーが、前記基板または前記導電体と接触しないように寸法化される、ステップと、
前記カバーに、前記バイアス部材を圧縮するための十分な力を印加するステップであって、前記接着剤は、前記基板または前記導電体の少なくとも一つと接するようになる、ステップと、
を有する、方法。 - 前記接着剤の硬化を開始させるステップは、前記接着剤を紫外光に暴露するステップを有する、請求項17に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記接着剤を、前記カバーの前記周囲表面に設置するステップを有する、請求項17に記載の方法。
