Claims (7)
- 車両用電動格納式視認装置において、
前記車両用電動格納式視認装置は、視認部本体を搭載する視認装置回転部と、前記視認装置回転部を車体に対して所定の回転軸の周り方向に回転可能に支持する回転支持部と、前記視認装置回転部を電動で前記回転軸の周り方向に回転駆動して格納位置と展開位置に変位させる電動駆動機構を有し、
前記電動駆動機構は、モータと、前記モータの駆動力を前記視認装置回転部に伝達して、該視認装置回転部を前記回転軸の周り方向に回転させる動力伝達機構を有し、
前記動力伝達機構は1個の2条ウォームと、前記2条ウォームよりも前記モータ側に配置される1個のモータ側ウォームを有し、
前記モータ側ウォームは1条ウォームであり、
前記動力伝達機構が有するウォームは前記2条ウォームと前記モータ側ウォームの2個のみである、
そのような車両用電動格納式視認装置。 - 前記回転支持部は前記車体側に立設されるシャフトを有し、
前記視認装置回転部は前記シャフトの軸周り方向に回転可能に該シャフトに支持され、
前記モータは前記視認装置回転部に搭載され、
前記動力伝達機構は前記モータの駆動力を前記シャフトに伝達して、前記視認装置回転部を前記シャフトの軸周り方向に回転させる機構を有する、
請求項1に記載の車両用電動格納式視認装置。 - 前記動力伝達機構は、前記シャフトの外周に嵌挿されて該シャフトに結合される第1のウォームホイールと、前記第1のウォームホイールと噛み合って第1のウォームギヤを構成する第1のウォームを有し、
前記第1のウォームが前記2条ウォームである、
請求項2に記載の車両用電動格納式視認装置。 - 前記動力伝達機構は、前記モータのモータシャフトに連結された第2のウォームと、前記第2のウォームに噛み合って第2のウォームギヤを構成する第2のウォームホイールと、前記第2のウォームホイールの回転を前記第1のウォームに伝達する中間伝達機構を有する、
請求項3に記載の車両用電動格納式視認装置。 - 前記中間伝達機構が、前記第2のウォームホイールと前記第1のウォームを同軸に直結する該第1のウォームの軸部で構成される請求項4に記載の車両用電動格納式視認装置。
- 前記2条ウォームの進み角が8度から15度に設定されている請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の車両用電動格納式視認装置。
- 前記モータの駆動が停止されている状態で前記視認装置回転部が前記回転軸の周り方向に外力を受けたときに、前記2条ウォームと前記モータ側ウォームはセルフロックする請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の車両用電動格納式視認装置。
