運転状態に基づいて自動車(105)の行動範囲における緊急停止地点(125)を決定するステップ(330)であって、前記緊急停止地点(125)における停止リスクを、マップデータによる前記緊急停止地点(125)の周辺データに基づいて、および/又は前記自動車(105)の周辺の走査に基づいて決定することを含む、ステップと
を含む方法(300)において、
緊急停止地点(125)における停止リスクが所定値を超えないような緊急停止地点(125)を決定し、前記所定値を前記運転状態の関数として決定する、方法(300)。 - 前記運転状態が前記自動車(105)の速度を含む、請求項1に記載の方法(300)。
- 前記緊急停止地点(125)における前記停止リスクが、前記自動車(105)または該自動車(105)のいずれかの乗員のさらなる損傷のリスクを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法(300)。
- 前記緊急停止地点(125)における停止リスクが、別の道路利用者の損傷のリスクを含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法(300)。
- 前記緊急停止地点(125)の周辺データを走査するステップ(320)をさらに含み、走査した前記周辺データに基づいて、前記緊急停止地点(125)における停止リスクを決定する(330)、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法(300)。
- 自動車(105)の緊急停止地点(125)を決定するための装置(200)であって、
自動車(105)の運転状態を決定するように構成された決定装置(210)であって、前記運転状態が停止の緊急度を含む、決定装置(210)と、
運転状態に基づいて自動車(105)の行動範囲内の緊急停止地点(125)を決定するように構成された処理装置(205)であって、緊急停止地点(125)を決定することが、前記緊急停止地点(125)における停止リスクを、マップデータによる前記緊急停止地点(125)の周辺データに基づいて、および/又は前記自動車(105)の周辺の走査に基づいて決定することを含む、処理装置(205)と、
を含み、
前記処理装置(205)が、緊急停止地点(125)における停止リスクが所定値を超えないような緊急停止地点(125)を決定するように構成され、前記所定値を前記運転状態の関数として決定する、装置(200)。 - 前記処理装置(205)が、決定した前記緊急停止地点(125)における前記自動車(105)の停止を制御するようにさらに構成されている、請求項6に記載の装置(200)。
