Claims (12)
- 眼球内に挿入される眼内レンズ組立体であって、
前記眼球の水晶体嚢の内部に挿入されるリング状からなり、前記水晶体嚢に接触する外周面(11)は、前記水晶体嚢の前面部に接触する第1前面接触部(11a)と、前記水晶体嚢の後面部に接触する第1後面接触部(11b)とを含み、前記外周面(11)に対向する内周面(12)は、前記第1前面接触部(11a)に対向する第2前面接触部(12a)と、前記第1後面接触部(11b)に対向する第2後面接触部(12b)とを含む眼内レンズ支持体(10);
前記第2前面接触部(12a)の少なくとも一区間に接触する第3前面接触部(52a)と、前記第2後面接触部(12b)の少なくとも一区間に接触する第3後面接触部(52b)と、前記第3前面接触部(52a)と前記第3後面接触部(52b)との間に備えられ、前記内周面(12)から離隔する空間を形成する変形促進溝(52c)とを含む連結手段(50);及び
前記連結手段(50)に連結される眼内レンズ(30);を含み、
前記眼内レンズ(30)は、オプティック部(31)から放射状に突出するハプティック部(32)が備えられ、
前記連結手段(50)の内周面には、前記ハプティック部(32)が固定される溝(54)が備えられ、
前記眼内レンズ支持体(10)は、前記第1前面接触部(11a)もしくは前記第1後面接触部(11b)の一部区間に、運動伝達能力が向上できるように中心部に向かって陥没した複合運動伝達面(20)が備えられる眼内レンズ組立体。 - 前記ハプティック部(32)の末端には、凸部(33b)と凹部(33a)が備えられ、前記溝(54)には、前記凸部(33b)に対応する断面を有する凹部(54a)と、前記凹部(33a)に対応する断面を有する凸部(54b)とが備えられる、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ組立体。
- 前記連結手段(50)は、
リング状をなすリング部(51)と;
前記リング部(51)から放射方向に突出し、内周面に前記溝(54)が備えられた安着部(53)と;
前記安着部(53)から前記眼内レンズ支持体(10)の内周面に密着するように拡張された断面を有するように突出し、赤道付近に前記変形促進溝(52c)が設けられた拡張部(52)と;を含む、請求項2に記載の眼内レンズ組立体。 - 前記連結手段(50)の前記変形促進溝(52c)が開始する地点は、赤道からの直線距離(L2)が0.9〜1.3mmをなす前記外周面(11)の一箇所に対向する位置に形成され、前記溝(54)の底面から前記変形促進溝(52c)までの間隔(d2)が0.4〜1.1mmをなす、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ組立体。
- 前記複合運動伝達面(20)は正面投影の際に直線断面をなす、請求項4に記載の眼内レンズ組立体。
- 前記複合運動伝達面(20)は正面投影の際に弧状断面をなす、請求項4に記載の眼内レンズ組立体。
- 前記眼内レンズ支持体(10)を前記水晶体嚢に装着した状態で、前記複合運動伝達面(20)は第2小帯付(7b)の付近に位置する、請求項4に記載の眼内レンズ組立体。
- 前記第1前面接触部(11a)に形成される前記複合運動伝達面(20)は、赤道からの長さ0.9mm〜1.5mmの区間に位置する、請求項7に記載の眼内レンズ組立体。
- 前記第1後面接触部(11b)に形成される前記複合運動伝達面(20)は、赤道からの長さ1.2mm〜1.9mmの区間に位置する、請求項7に記載の眼内レンズ組立体。
- 前記眼内レンズ支持体の内周面(12)は、赤道部に向かって陥没した断面形状をなし、
前記内周面(12)は、
前記赤道部から前記第1前面接触部(11a)の末端に向かって少なくとも一部の区間が弧状をなすように延びる第2前面接触部(12a)と;
前記赤道部から前記第1後面接触部(11b)の末端に向かって少なくとも一部の区間が弧状をなすように延びる第2後面接触部(12b)と;を含む、請求項4に記載の眼内レンズ組立体。 - 前記第1前面接触部(11a)、前記第1後面接触部(11b)、前記第2前面接触部(12a)、前記第2後面接触部(12b)の各弧は、楕円の一部区間をなし、
このとき、各弧をなす各楕円の短軸は、第1前面接触部(11a)が第1後面接触部(11b)よりも短く、第2前面接触部(12a)が第2後面接触部(12b)よりも短く形成される、請求項10に記載の眼内レンズ組立体。 - 各弧をなす各楕円の短軸は、前記第2後面接触部(12b)が最も長く、前記第1前面接触部(11a)が最も短く形成される、請求項11に記載の眼内レンズ組立体。
