Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、毛様小帯の運動を効果的に伝達して眼内レンズの性能を向上させることが可能な眼内レンズ支持体を開示する。本発明は、眼球内に挿入される眼内レンズ組立体であって、前記眼球の水晶体嚢の内部に挿入されるリング状からなり、前記水晶体嚢に接触する外周面(11)は、前記水晶体嚢の前面部に接触する第1前面接触部(11a)と、前記水晶体嚢の後面部に接触する第1後面接触部(11b)とを含み、前記外周面(11)に対向する内周面(12)は、前記第1前面接触部(11a)に対向する第2前面接触部(12a)と、前記第1後面接触部(11b)に対向する第2後面接触部(12b)とを含む眼内レンズ支持体(10);前記第2前面接触部(12a)の少なくとも一区間に接触する第3前面接触部(52a)と、前記第2後面接触部(12b)の少なくとも一区間に接触する第3後面接触部(52b)と、前記第3前面接触部(52a)と前記第3後面接触部(52b)との間に備えられ、前記内周面(12)から離隔する空間を形成する変形促進溝(52c)とを含む連結手段(50);及び前記連結手段(50)に連結される眼内レンズ(30);を含んでなることにより、毛様小帯の運動を眼内レンズまで円滑に伝達させるものである。

毛様小帯の動きに応じて伝達される力を眼内レンズ30に効率よく伝達しなくなり、3倍を超えて形成する場合には、眼内レンズ30のオプティック部を隠す。このような倍率で構成した場合、外周面11の全長は2mm〜8mmである。
複合運動伝達面が正面投影の際に直線断面をなすように構成されることも可能である。また、弧状をなすか直線断面形状をなす複合運動伝達面20は、それぞれ毛様小帯をなす第2小帯7bの付近に位置することが好ましい。しかし、複合運動伝達面20の位置は、第2小帯7bの付近にのみ限定せずに、第1小帯7aと第2小帯7bとの間のどの位置に形成されても構わず、この状態で第2小帯7bと一部分でも重なるように形成されることが好ましい。複合運動伝達面20が形成される眼内レンズ支持体10は、複合運動伝達面20が陥設され、末端に行くほど益々その断面が縮小される構造で形成されてもよい。

- 眼球内に挿入される眼内レンズ組立体であって、
前記眼球の水晶体嚢の内部に挿入されるリング状からなり、前記水晶体嚢に接触する外周面(11)は、前記水晶体嚢の前面部に接触する第1前面接触部(11a)と、前記水晶体嚢の後面部に接触する第1後面接触部(11b)とを含み、前記外周面(11)に対向する内周面(12)は、前記第1前面接触部(11a)に対向する第2前面接触部(12a)と、前記第1後面接触部(11b)に対向する第2後面接触部(12b)とを含む眼内レンズ支持体(10);
前記第2前面接触部(12a)の少なくとも一区間に接触する第3前面接触部(52a)と、前記第2後面接触部(12b)の少なくとも一区間に接触する第3後面接触部(52b)と、前記第3前面接触部(52a)と前記第3後面接触部(52b)との間に備えられ、前記内周面(12)から離隔する空間を形成する変形促進溝(52c)とを含む連結手段(50);及び

前記赤道部から前記第1後面接触部(11b)の末端に向かって少なくとも一部の区間が弧状をなすように延びる第2後面接触部(12b)と;を含む、請求項6に記載の眼内レンズ組立体。 - 前記第1前面接触部(11a)、前記第1後面接触部(11b)、前記第2前面接触部(12a)、前記第2後面接触部(12b)の各弧は、楕円の一部区間をなし、
このとき、各弧をなす各楕円の短軸は、第1前面接触部(11a)が第1後面接触部(11b)よりも短く、第2前面接触部(12a)が第2後面接触部(12b)よりも短く形成される、請求項12に記載の眼内レンズ組立体。 - 各弧をなす各楕円の短軸は、前記第2後面接触部(12b)が最も長く、前記第1前面接触部(11a)が最も短く形成される、請求項13に記載の眼内レンズ組立体。
- 前記第1後面接触部(11b)の一部区間には、運動伝達能力が向上できるように中心部に向かって陥没した複合運動伝達面(20)がさらに含まれる、請求項6に記載の眼内レンズ組立体。
