Abstract
【解決手段】本調節眼内レンズ1は、レンズからなる光学部10と、光学部10の周縁部に設けられたレンズ支持部20とを備える。レンズ支持部20は光学部10の周縁部に連結部50を介して可動可能な状態で連結される一方端部201と、水晶体嚢S赤道部Seに係止される他方端部202とを有し、一方端部201と他方端部202が光学部10の中心Oを介して互いに反対側に位置しかつ一方端部201から他方端部202にかけて光学部10の周囲を取り囲むループ状に径方向外側で延びる態様で形成される。眼の焦点調節により発生する赤道部Se付近における水晶体嚢Sの動きに応じてレンズ支持部20の他方端部202同士が近接離間方向に移動することにより光学部10が光軸方向に移動する。

Description
次に、本発明に係る調節眼内レンズの第1の実施形態について図1〜図6を参照しつつ説明する。
本実施形態に係る調節眼内レンズ100は、白内障手術等において水晶体が除去された水晶体嚢S内に挿入されるものであって、図1に示すように、レンズからなる光学部10と、該光学部10の周縁部に設けられた連結部50と、該連結部50を介して該光学部10の周縁部に連結された同大同形の2つのレンズ支持部20とを備える。
次に、本調節眼内レンズ100の設置および機能について図6を参照しつつ説明する。
本実施形態の調節眼内レンズ500において、各レンズ支持部20は、図10に示すように、各他方端部202に側面視でループ状に形成されている付勢部材31が設けられている。
次に、本発明に係る調節眼内レンズの第3の実施形態について図11を参照しつつ説明する。

Claims (13)
- 白内障手術等において内容物が除去された水晶体嚢内に挿入される調節眼内レンズであって、
レンズからなる光学部と、該光学部の周縁部に設けられた複数のレンズ支持部とを備え、
前記レンズ支持部は、前記光学部の周縁部に可動可能な状態で連結される一方端部と、水晶体嚢の赤道部または水晶体嚢拡張ディバイスに係止される他方端部とを有し、前記一方端部と前記他方端部が光学部の中心を介して互いに反対側に位置するとともに、前記一方端部から前記他方端部にかけて前記光学部の径方向外側で延びる態様で形成されており、
眼の焦点調節により発生する水晶体嚢または水晶体嚢拡張ディバイスの動きに応じて、レンズ支持部の他方端部同士が近接離間方向に移動することにより、レンズ支持部の各一方端部が前後方向に移動し、それに伴って前記光学部が前後方向に移動することを特徴とする調節眼内レンズ。 - 前記レンズ支持部は、一方端部から他方端部にかけて前記光学部の周囲を取り囲む態様のループ状に形成されている請求項1に記載の調節眼内レンズ。
- 前記レンズ支持部は、一方端部が前記光学部の周縁部において連結部を介して可動可能な状態で連結されている請求項1または請求項2に記載の調節眼内レンズ。
- 前記レンズ支持部の一方端部または前記連結部は、光学部の周方向に延びるスリットが形成されている請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の調節眼内レンズ。
- 前記連結部は、後面または前面において光学部の周方向に延びる一ないし複数の嵌合溝が形成され、該嵌合溝にレンズ支持部の一方端部が回動可能に嵌合される請求項3に記載の調節眼内レンズ。
- 前記連結部は、側面において光学部の周方向に延びる一ないし複数の嵌合孔が形成され、該嵌合孔にレンズ支持部の一方端部が回動可能に嵌合される請求項3に記載の調節眼内レンズ。
- 前記レンズ支持部は、水晶体嚢の前嚢と後嚢を前後方向に離間させる態様で付勢する付勢部材が該レンズ支持部の他方端部に設けられている請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれかに記載の調節眼内レンズ。
- 前記付勢部材は、一ないし複数の湾曲形状に形成されている請求項7に記載の調節眼内レンズ。
- 前記付勢部材は、一ないし複数のループ状に形成されている請求項7または請求項8に記載の調節眼内レンズ。
- 前記付勢部材は、前嚢を内側から支持する前嚢支持部と、後嚢を内側から支持する後嚢支持部と、前記前嚢支持部と前記後嚢支持部を連結する連結支持部とを備え、前記連結支持部は前記前嚢支持部と前記後嚢支持部を前後方向に離間させる態様で付勢するものとなされている請求項7に記載の調節眼内レンズ。
- 前記付勢部材は、前記レンズ支持部の他方端部が係止される係止部材が内側に設けられている請求項7ないし請求項10のいずれかに記載の調節眼内レンズ。
- 前記係止部材は、前後方向に延びる板状に形成され、一方端部が前記付勢部材の一方端部に連結され、かつ他方端部が前記付勢部材の他方端部に連結されるとともに、水晶体嚢の赤道部の方向に向かって屈曲する態様で形成されている請求項11に記載の調節眼内レンズ。
- 前記付勢部材は、水晶体嚢の周方向に沿って複数設けられるとともに、隣り合うもの同士が周方向に互いに連結されている請求項7ないし請求項12のいずれかに記載の調節眼内レンズ。
