Description
・このようにして灰を粒子フィルタの表面に正確に適用することが可能である。
・支持要素に灰形成成分または灰を対応して備え付けることにより、灰層を厚さおよび組成に関して正確な方法で設定することができる。
・深層濾過が的を絞ったやり方で抑制され、したがって背圧と蓄積された煤との間の明確な割り当てを作り出すことが可能である。
・その部分の背圧はその耐用年数の間比較的一定のままであり、圧力の増大は線形の挙動を示す。
・現行の粒子フィルタの濾過率は特定の耐用年数の後でのみ所望の値に増大する。本排気システムは、濾過率を非常に正確に設定することができ、排気システムの第1の昇温の直後に早くも要求された値に達する。
・粒子フィルタは、極めて多孔性であるように設計可能であり、したがって、極めて低い背圧を示す。それというのも、本排気システムは、濾過率の正確な設定を可能にするからである。

Claims (7)
- 排気システム(1)であって、粒子フィルタ(2)と、前記粒子フィルタ(2)の上流の排気管路(3)とを有する、前記排気システム(1)の第1の昇温前の状態の内燃機関の排気システム(1)において、前記排気システム(1)が、前記粒子フィルタ(2)の上流に配置された触媒コンバータ(4)をさらに有し、灰形成成分または灰を有する支持要素(11)が前記触媒コンバータ(4)の前記粒子フィルタ(2)に面する側で、または前記触媒コンバータ(4)の前記粒子フィルタ(2)に背く側で、前記触媒コンバータ(4)に取り付けられることを特徴とする排気システム(1)。
- 前記支持要素(11)が紙、厚紙またはプラスチックから構成され、前記支持要素(11)に前記灰形成成分または前記灰が提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排気システム。
- 前記灰形成成分がCa、Mg、PおよびZnであり、および/または前記灰がMgO、Al2O3であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の排気システム。
- 前記灰形成成分または前記灰が粉状であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の排気システム。
- 前記支持要素(11)が前記触媒コンバータ(4)に接着接合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の排気システム。
- 前記触媒コンバータ(4)および前記粒子フィルタ(2)が互いに最大でも20mm、特に最大でも10mm離れて配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の排気システム。
- 前記内燃機関がガソリンエンジンまたはディーゼルエンジンであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の排気システム。
