Abstract
【解決手段】車両が内燃機関10への燃料供給がない状態であるときに、DPF3よりも上流で排気管2を遮断し、その遮断箇所よりも上流からDPF3の下流に排気をバイパスし、前記遮断箇所とDPF3の間に正圧ポンプ6から空気を流し込み、DPF3の差圧を検出する。

Claims (4)
- 車両の排気管に挿入されたDPFの差圧を検出する方法において、前記車両が内燃機関への燃料供給がない状態であるときに、前記DPFよりも上流で前記排気管を遮断し、その遮断箇所よりも上流から前記DPFの下流に排気をバイパスし、前記遮断箇所と前記DPFの間に正圧ポンプから空気を流し込み、前記DPFの差圧を検出することを特徴とするDPF差圧検出方法。
- 前記車両の状態は、制動が行われている状態であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のDPF差圧検出方法。
- 前記車両の状態は、アイドリングストップが行われている状態であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のDPF差圧検出方法。
- 車両の排気管に挿入されたDPFと、前記DPFよりも上流で前記排気管から分岐され前記DPFよりも下流で前記排気管に合流されるバイパス管と、該バイパス管の分岐箇所にて前記DPF側の排気管と前記バイパス管とをいずれか一方は遮断、他方は開放に切り替えするバイパス切替弁と、正圧ポンプより導かれ前記バイパス切替弁よりも下流で前記排気管に合流される空気管と、該空気管の合流箇所にて該空気管を遮断/開放する空気取り込み弁と、前記DPFの上流下流間の差圧を検出する差圧センサと、前記車両が内燃機関への燃料供給がない状態であるときに、排気が前記DPFの上流から下流へバイパスされて前記DPFに前記正圧ポンプから空気が流れるよう前記バイパス切替弁と前記空気取り込み弁を制御し、このとき前記差圧センサが検出する差圧を読み取る制御部とを備えたことを特徴とするDPF差圧検出装置。
