Claims (10)
- 複数のバッテリーセルが積層されるバッテリーセル積層体と、
前記複数のバッテリーセルに各々備えられた電極リードに近接して各々配置される複数のバスバーと、
を含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記複数のバッテリーセルに備えられた各々の電極リードが、前記複数のバスバーの各々に電気的に結合して、前記複数のバスバーと複数の前記電極リードとが一対一で連結され、
前記バスバーには、傾斜部と、前記傾斜部から水平に延びる水平部とが形成され、
前記電極リードには、前記電極リードが前記バスバーの前記傾斜部に接触するよう前記傾斜部の傾斜に対応する傾きに折り曲げられる第1折曲部と、前記電極リードが前記バスバーの前記水平部に接触するよう前記水平部に対応して折り曲げられる第2折曲部とが形成されることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数のバスバーのうち少なくとも一つは、前記電極リードの間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記電極リードは、前記バスバーの前記水平部で溶接されて前記バスバーに結合することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記電極リードを加圧して前記電極リードの各々を前記複数のバスバーの各々に結合させる弾性部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記弾性部材は、
前記バスバーの上側で前記バスバーに接触し支持される支持部と、
前記支持部から延び、前記電極リードを加圧する複数の加圧部と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記弾性部材は、前記電極リードを加圧して前記電極リードを前記複数のバスバーの各々の傾斜部に結合させることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から6のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から6のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、自動車。
- 複数のバッテリーセルを積層させる段階と、
前記複数のバッテリーセルに各々備えられた電極リードに近接して複数のバスバーを各々配置する段階と、
溶接ジグが前記電極リードを加圧して前記電極リードを各々のバスバーに接触させる段階と、
前記溶接ジグに形成された開口を通じて前記電極リードと前記バスバーとを溶接して、前記複数のバスバーと複数の前記電極リードとを一対一で連結する段階と、
を含み、
前記バスバーには、傾斜部と、前記傾斜部から水平に延びる水平部とが形成され、前記電極リードは、前記電極リードが前記バスバーの前記傾斜部に接触するよう前記傾斜部の傾斜に対応する傾きに折り曲げられ、且つ、前記電極リードが前記バスバーの前記水平部に接触するよう前記水平部に対応して折り曲げられる、バッテリーモジュールの生産方法。 - 前記電極リードは、前記バスバーの前記水平部で溶接されることで前記バスバーに結合することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュールの生産方法。
