Description
Claims (13)
- 内視鏡であって、
挿入管と、
前記挿入管内の作業チャネルと、
前記作業チャネルの少なくとも一部内に配置される保護機構と、
を備え、前記保護機構が、前記作業チャネル内の医療器具によって生じる熱損傷及び/又は機械的損傷から前記作業チャネルを保護するように適合されており、
前記保護機構が第1対の対向する平行平板コンデンサを含み、
使用中、前記第1対の対向する平行平板コンデンサ間の静電容量の変化は、前記医療器具が前記作業チャネル内に位置していることを示す、
内視鏡。 - 前記保護機構が、前記作業チャネルの遠位端に位置する、請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記保護機構が、前記作業チャネルの全長に沿って位置する、請求項1又は2に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記保護機構が1つ又は2つ以上の保護部分を備え、前記1つ又は2つ以上の保護部分のそれぞれが、第1の端部と、第2の端部と、を含み、前記第1の端部が前記作業チャネル又は隣接する保護部分に接続され、前記第2の端部がいずれの接続とも無関係である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記保護機構の遠位端が切欠き部を含んで、前記保護機構が、光、カメラ、及び/又は前記作業チャネルに挿入される前記医療器具を遮断しないようにする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記保護機構が、前記作業チャネルの全長に沿って延在するU字型断面を含み、前記U字型断面は、前記保護機構が、光、カメラ、及び/又は前記作業チャネルに挿入される前記医療器具を遮断しないようにする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記保護機構が前記作業チャネルから分離可能であり、前記保護機構が使用後に洗浄され得る、又は処分され得る、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記保護機構が調節可能であり、前記挿入管の遠位端に対する前記保護機構の配置が変更可能である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記保護機構の長さが調節可能であり、前記保護機構の長さが伸縮可能である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記保護機構が前記作業チャネルに固定的に接続されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記保護機構が、1〜20W/mKの範囲の高熱伝導率を有する材料を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記保護機構が第2対の対向する平行平板コンデンサを含み、
使用中、前記第2対の対向する平行平板コンデンサ間の静電容量の変化は、前記医療器具が前記作業チャネル内に位置し、かつ前記医療器具の動作に好適である、前記作業チャネル内の位置にあることを示す、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の内視鏡。 - 前記医療器具がレーザーであり、
前記第1対の対向する平行平板コンデンサ間の前記静電容量が変化し、前記第2対の対向する平行平板コンデンサ間の前記静電容量が変化しないことは、前記レーザーが、前記作業チャネル内の、前記レーザーの動作に好適ではない位置に位置していることを示す、請求項12に記載の内視鏡。
