Claims (37)
- マイクロ流体気化器であって、
基板と、
前記基板内に形成され、液体を保持するように構成された液溜めと、
前記基板内に、または前記基板上に位置付けられ、前記液体を気化させるように適合されたヒータと、
前記基板内に、または前記基板上に形成され、前記液溜めから前記ヒータへの前記液体の移動用に構成された毛細管流路と、
を備える、マイクロ流体気化器。 - 前記基板を覆うカバーをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体気化器。
- 前記カバーの少なくとも一部が、蒸気透過性かつ液体不透過性である、請求項2に記載のマイクロ流体気化器。
- 前記基板が、前記液溜めから前記毛細管流路を経る前記ヒータへの前記液体の受動移送用に適合されている、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体気化器。
- バルブ、ポンプ、ヒータ、電場フォーマ、刺激応答性材料、及びそれらの組合せから成るグループから選択された能動輸送要素をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体気化器。
- 前記液体が、エアロゾル送達デバイスにおける使用に適した、エアロゾル前駆体組成物、またはそれの構成成分である、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体気化器。
- 前記液体が、1つ以上のフレーバを含む、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体気化器。
- 前記1つ以上のフレーバが、ニコチンを含む、請求項7に記載のマイクロ流体気化器。
- 前記液体が、エアロゾルフォーマを含む、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体気化器。
- 前記エアロゾルフォーマが、水、グリセリン、プロピレングリコール、及びそれらの組合せから成るグループから選択される、請求項9に記載のマイクロ流体気化器。
- 前記マイクロ流体気化器が、前記基板内に、または前記基板上に位置付けられた複数のヒータを備える、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体気化器。
- 前記マイクロ流体気化器が、前記基板内に形成された複数の液溜めを備える、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体気化器。
- エアロゾルフォーマを含む、前記基板内に形成された第1の液溜め、及び1つ以上のフレーバを含む、前記基板内に形成された第2の液溜めを備える、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体気化器。
- 前記第1の液溜め及び前記第2の液溜めが、前記毛細管流路を介して前記ヒータと流体連通している、請求項13に記載のマイクロ流体気化器。
- 前記第1の液溜めが、前記基板内に、または前記基板上に形成された第1の毛細管流路を介して、前記基板内に、または前記基板上に位置付けられた第1のヒータと流体連通しており、前記第2の液溜めが、前記基板内に、または前記基板上に形成された第2の毛細管流路を介して、前記基板内に、または前記基板上に位置付けられた第2のヒータと流体連通している、請求項13に記載のマイクロ流体気化器。
- 前記基板が、1つ以上の電気接続をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体気化器。
- 前記液溜め及び前記毛細管流路が、前記基板にエッチングされている、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体気化器。
- 前記ヒータが、前記毛細管流路の少なくとも一部の下にある、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体気化器。
- 複数の毛細管流路を備え、前記毛細管流路が前記基板から放射状に延在する、請求項1に記載のマイクロ流体気化器。

前記液体エアロゾルフォーマ溜め内の液体エアロゾルフォーマ、
ヒータ、
前記基板内に、または前記基板上に形成され、前記複数の液体フレーバ溜めから前記ヒータへの前記液体フレーバの移動用に、及び前記液体エアロゾルフォーマ溜めから前記ヒータへの前記液体エアロゾルフォーマの移動用に構成された複数の毛細管流路、ならびに
1つ以上の電気接続、を備える、マイクロ流体気化器と、
を備える、エアロゾル送達デバイス。 - 前記複数の液体フレーバが、ニコチンを含む、請求項23に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記ニコチンが、第1の液体フレーバ溜め内に位置付けられており、少なくとも1つのさらなる液体フレーバが、第2の液体フレーバ溜め内に位置付けられている、請求項24に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、前記基板内に、または前記基板上に位置付けられた複数のヒータを備える、請求項23に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 第1の毛細管流路が、前記基板内に、または前記基板上に位置付けられた第1のヒータへの前記液体エアロゾルフォーマの移動用に構成されており、第2の毛細管流路が、前記基板内に、または前記基板上に位置付けられた第2のヒータへの前記液体フレーバのうちの少なくとも1つの移動用に構成されている、請求項26に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 別々の液体フレーバが、別々の液体フレーバ溜め内に位置付けられている、請求項23に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記マイクロ流体気化器が、前記基板を覆うカバーをさらに備える、請求項23に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記カバーの少なくとも一部が、蒸気透過性かつ液体不透過性である、請求項29に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。

- 前記デバイスが、前記マイクロ流体気化器を備える第1の外殻、及び電源を備える第2の外殻、を備える、請求項22から31のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 吸い口をさらに備える、請求項22から31のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- エアロゾルを形成する方法であって、
請求項22から36のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイスを提供することと、
規定の一定分量の前記液体エアロゾルフォーマ、及び規定の一定分量の前記液体フレーバのうちの少なくとも1つを、前記毛細管流路を経て前記ヒータに移動させる制御信号を、前記マイクロ流体気化器に送達することと、
前記ヒータに、前記ヒータに送達された前記液体エアロゾルフォーマ及び前記液体フレーバを加熱させ、気化させる制御信号を、前記マイクロ流体気化器に送達することと、を含む、方法。
