- 前記マイクロヒーターが薄膜ヒーターである、請求項1に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記マイクロヒーターが、パターンニングされた導電性材料を備える、請求項1に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記導電性材料が、元素金属、金属合金、シリコン、セラミック、炭素、カーバイド、窒化物、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項4に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記マイクロヒーターが、支持層を備え、該支持層の上に導電性材料がパターンニングされている、請求項4に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記導電性材料が前記支持層に積層しているプリントされた層であるか、または前記導電性材料が前記支持層に積層しているエッチングされた層である、請求項6に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記マイクロヒーターが、前記パターンニングされた導電性材料に積層している保護層を備える、請求項4に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記支持層または前記保護層が、約125℃~約750℃の温度範囲で温度安定である、請求項6~8のいずれか1項に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記支持層または保護層が、シリコンベースの物質を含む、請求項6~8のいずれか1項に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記マイクロヒーターが2層以上の層を備える、請求項1に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記マイクロヒーターが、2つの膜の間に挟持された導電性材料を含む、請求項1に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記マイクロヒーターが、約3mm以下の長さおよび約3mm以下の幅を有する、請求項1に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記マイクロヒーターが、約0.5mm~約3mmの長さおよび約0.5mm~約3mmの幅を有する、請求項1に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記マイクロヒーターが、基板に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記基板が、電気絶縁材料から形成されている、請求項15に記載の喫煙物品。
- 複数のマイクロヒーターを備える、請求項1に記載の喫煙物品。
- エアロゾル前駆体組成物をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記エアロゾル前駆体組成物が周囲条件で液体またはゲルの形態である、請求項18に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記エアロゾル前駆体組成物が前記マイクロヒーターから隔間されるように、前記エアロゾル前駆体組成物が、リザーバー内にある、請求項19に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記物品が、前記マイクロヒーターに規定の量の前記エアロゾル前駆体組成物を送達させるように適合された制御装置を備える、請求項20に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記マイクロヒーターが、チャンバと熱的に結合され、前記チャンバが、前記チャンバ中の開口を通じて所定量の前記エアロゾル前駆体組成物を受容するように適合されている、請求項20に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記チャンバが、前記チャンバからの蒸気の出口に適合された開口を備える、請求項22に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記チャンバが、約0.2ml~約1mlの容積を有する、請求項22に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記エアロゾル前駆体組成物が、担体材料上にコーティングされるか、担体材料に吸着されるか、または担体材料中に吸収され、前記担体材料が、前記マイクロヒーターと実質的に接触するように前記物品内に配置されている、請求項18に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記マイクロヒーターが、噴霧器と一体である、請求項1に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記噴霧器が、壁と、カバーと、前記マイクロヒーターに積層している保護層とによって画定されるチャンバを備える、請求項26に記載の喫煙物品。
- 前記壁および前記カバーの一方または両方が、蒸気は通すが液体は通さないようなサイズに設定されている複数の開口を備える、請求項27に記載の喫煙物品。
- 喫煙物品にエアロゾルを形成する方法であって、前記喫煙物品内の電源からの電流を前記喫煙物品内のマイクロヒーターに流させ、それによって前記マイクロヒーターおよび前記マイクロヒーターと接触しているエアロゾル前駆体組成物を加熱させることを包含する、方法。
- 前記喫煙物品が、複数のマイクロヒーターを備える、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記エアロゾル前駆体組成物が、担体材料上にコーティングされるか、担体材料に吸着されるか、または担体材料中に吸収され、前記電流の起動の工程の前に、前記方法がさらに、前記喫煙物品内に前記担体材料を挿入することを包含する、請求項29に記載の方法。
- リザーバーから、前記マイクロヒーターと熱的に結合されているチャンバへの前記エアロゾル前駆体組成物の流れを開始し、それによって前記チャンバ内の前記エアロゾル前駆体組成物を加熱することをさらに包含する、請求項29に記載の方法。
