Claims (20)
- 積層グレージングであって、
グレージング材料の第1のプライと、
グレージング材料の第2のプライと、
前記第1のプライと前記第2のプライとの間に位置付けられた、導電性コーティングを有する膜と、
前記導電性コーティングと電気的に接触している第1のバスバーであって、前記第1のバスバーは、分割されたバスバーであり、前記第1のバスバーが、前記分割されたバスバーの分割部に位置する拡張部を備え、前記拡張部が、前記第1のバスバーにおけるブリッジングバスバー部または隙間を備えることを特徴とする、第1のバスバーと、を備え、
前記膜が、前記拡張部に位置付けられた切り欠き部を備える、積層グレージング。 - 前記導電性コーティングと電気的に接触している第2のバスバーをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記第1のバスバーが、金属箔を含む、請求項1または請求項2のいずれかに記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記膜が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記導電性コーティングが、銀を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 各々がグレージング材料の前記第1のプライとグレージング材料の前記第2のプライとの間に位置付けられた第1のポリマープライ及び第2のポリマープライをさらに含み、前記第1のポリマープライ及び前記第2のポリマープライが前記膜のそれぞれの表面と接触している、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリマープライが、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)を含む、請求項6に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記第1のバスバーが、前記拡張部の各側面上にタブ部を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記拡張部が、導電性伸縮継手を備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記第1のバスバー及び前記ブリッジングバスバー部が、導電性材料のストリップで形成される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記ブリッジングバスバー部が、前記第1のバスバーよりも低い機械的強度を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記ブリッジングバスバー部が、少なくとも1つの屈曲部を備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記拡張部が、隙間を備え、前記第1のバスバーが、前記隙間の各側面上にタブ部を備える、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記タブ部が、電気コネクタを備える、請求項8〜13のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記第1のバスバーが、スタンピングによって予め成形される、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記第1のバスバーは、50μm〜150μmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記第1のバスバーが、3mm〜15mmの範囲の幅を有する、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 前記拡張部、及び任意で前記切り欠きを覆い隠すよう適合された、グレージング材料の前記第1のプライ及び/または前記第2のプライ上の掩蔽バンドをさらに備える、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレージング。
- 積層グレージングを製造する方法であって、
a)グレージング材料の第1のプライを提供することと、
b)グレージング材料の第2のプライを提供することと、
c)前記第1のプライと前記第2のプライとの間に位置付けられた、導電性コーティングを有する膜を提供することと、
d)前記導電性コーティングと電気的に接触している、第1のバスバーを提供することと、
e)前記グレージングを積層することと、を含み、
前記第1のバスバーは、分割されたバスバーであり、前記第1のバスバーが、前記分割されたバスバーの分割部に位置する拡張部を備え、前記拡張部が、前記第1のバスバーにおけるブリッジングバスバー部または隙間を備え、
前記膜が、前記拡張部に位置付けられた切り欠き部を備えることを特徴とする、方法。 - b1)各々がグレージング材料の前記第1のプライとグレージング材料の前記第2のプライとの間に位置付けられた第1のポリマープライ及び第2のポリマープライを提供すること、をさらに含み、前記第1のポリマープライ及び前記第2のポリマープライが、前記膜のそれぞれの表面と接触している、請求項19に記載の方法。
